This is a really good company! From Start to finish they were professional and organised and did exactly what they said they were going to do, exactly when the said they were going to do it. All the people that I came into contact with (office staff, solar panel installers, scaffolders and electrician) were really friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are the bees knees! From first speaking to them through to final commissioning they were knowledgeable friendly and polite. Explaining the details was never too much trouble. Arrived exactly as agreed, braved nasty weather and just got on with it. An ideal contractor in every way.

From the initial meeting, when I was really impressed with how clearly my questions were answered to the installation, which took just one day, I was really pleased. I had ten panels and a battery fitted.

What an unexpected and great experience from start to finish. Ben and Dave knew what they were talking about and their team came and fitted everything in one day. We had 18 panels fitted with three 3.2 kwh batteries. It's all working fine and I cannot praise Heron Electrical highly enough. Keep up the good work.

Great service from the initial quote through to installation.

We found Heron by chance after a social media post by a mutual friend. I got in touch and they promptly replied and arranged to come out and survey our house to ascertain what would be best for our needs. Both Dave and Ben came out, did their thing and then sat and explained what we would need. At this point it’s important to note that they are not salesmen…they are skilled tradesmen who will make recommendations on experience rather than trying to get you to buy what makes them the most money. They are likeable lads who made the process simple as they were always available to talk to and answer questions. After a few weeks we got to where we needed to be and went ahead and agreed with the install. Just before they were due to do the work I had a call where they said their supplier had changed and as such they could fit a few more panels and a bigger battery for no extra cost. They could have just carried on with what was originally agreed and no one would have known any different and they’d have had a bigger margin but fortunately integrity shone through and we benefited.
On the day they turned up with all the kit and just got on with it. There was no fuss or hassle even though they needed to spend a few hours in our loft on the hottest day of the year, and within the day everything was done and working as promised.
A few weeks later our certification arrived and we can now feed back into the grid. From start to finish they displayed work of the highest quality and as such I would recommend them to anyone.

We've had our solar panels and battery now for 2 weeks and we couldn't be happier. Ben and his whole Team have been great from start to finish. Timely updates, fast and efficient installation. We quickly realised we'd need an extra battery. Ben arranged for its installation the very next day. Excellent service. We love checking the App and seeing our home powered from solar or our batteries and not the grid. I would just like to thank Dave, Tom and the rest of the team for doing a fantastic job. Its great looking at the LuxPower app and seeing 0 watts coming from the grid. The whole process has been well explained, every step has been consulted on and my requests acted on. As an added bonus the roofing team spotted a break in my lead lined valley, which was easily sorted. 5 star service!
