Charlie arrived a bit earlier than scheduled and wasted no time in getting to grips with the range of issues. He was meticulous and thorough in identifying the problem and resolving all the issues.

As a business with diverse electrical requirements, Hertz have been brilliant to work with. Super helpful, always polite and tidy. Highly recommend

From the outset a very helpful office, the electrician arrived on time, quickly identfied the problems, and very quickly resolved them, all very professional. Not used Hertz before, happy to recommend them, and will use again.

From quotation to completion we had a 5 star service to repair our underfloor heating thermostat. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency with our smoke alarms while we were on holiday and neighbours complaining. Debbie in the office was brilliant in getting an engineer in the next day and responding to several changes in the plans to get a key. Terry came round and sorted the problem early the next morning. Result: happy neighbours and relieved home-owners!

Excellent experience. The guys were polite, tidy, proactive with their comms and did a lovely neat job. Delighted.

Absolutely brilliant company to work with. We had a sizeable challenging commercial project, and Hertz jumped in after we were let down by another firm. I cant speak highly enough about the whole team, who delivered promptly and professionally, and were a joy to have around. Thank you Hertz, from all at Rugby Vet Hospital 🙏💜

It is rare to find a company where you immediately find connection and trust. Hertz Electrical are gold dust. I contacted them on behalf of my 80 year old mother who lives on her own and who needed some work done urgently. At the helm of the company is Debbie who is responsible for co-ordinating the brilliant team of electricians. I cannot speak highly enough of her outstanding professionalism and customer care. I was very stressed when I called and Debbie handled the situation with great care, respect and empathy while working with speed and diligence to resolve the problem. It is clear she has a strong connection with and is well respected by the team she works with and this enables the business to work very efficiently. The actual electrician that visited my mother went out of his way to help her and went above the call of duty. I'm so impressed and grateful that businesses with this level of care and integrity exist. I can't thank you enough.

Repeat customer, pleased to say, second positive experience. Very efficient service, great communication, arrive on time as arranged and carried out the works no fuss. Very polite and tidy.

Replacement of the transformer for a bathroom extractor fan. The transformer was located in a rarely-entered roof space - very dusty and hard to access. It was replaced with minimal fuss, no mess and expert efficiency. I am grateful for the care taken. Everything working perfectly now.
