Great car , no hassel

Car was clean, nice variety to choose from, no issues

Once again it was an easy, seamless pick-up and drop off experience . Staff are polite and helpful. I appreciate that tremendously.

Your plate-pass charge is literally highway robbery. I will not be using Hertz again.

Great car. Comfortable and responsive. Surprisingly good gas mileage too. On returning it, the Bush Airport franchise tried to tack on a $75 fee for cleaning muddy wheels and some mud on the driver's side floor mat. I'm President's Circle and rent from Hertz a lot. It rained like hell in Houston during my stay and,surprise, not every car rented is used to go to Grandma's for family dinners. It was fairly quickly straightened out but was an unnecessary problem I had to take deal with. You want an easier cleaning job? Put cheap plastic floor mats on your footwell rugs. Problem solved.

The individuals at the return and especially the young woman that checked out the truck on a very hot and humid day, she had a great demeanor and was just a very good individual to work with.

Reserved an electric car, told it was not charged up, then encouraged to get a gas car for an increased price.

Specifically reserved an EV vehicle. When I got there there were none available and the customer service rep was extremely rude and unwilling to assist

Great experience. The only problem we had was at pickup. We booked a Nissan Rogue but when we got there they told us to pick any car in the lot but most of the car are small car. No Nissan Rogue to be found. We had to settle for a Nissan Kick which is much smaller car. Then we found out they forgot to refill the wiper fluid. Not a drop when I tried to clean the windshield.

They downgraded my vehicle without giving me a choice and did not compensate for the difference.

i received the correct vehicle as requested, vehicle was in good working order, and clean, pick-up was quick and easy, and the return was as easy. Rental rate was as expected.

Easy to find, easy to choose cars, etc.
