Our 100% natural body and bath products are made the traditional way. We've taken great care to exclude 'nasties' such as parabens and sulphates. And so this means that every skin type and sensitivity is cared for. We also know that you are looking to shop more sustainably for the good of the planet as well as friends and families. To this end our new Eco Collection of reed diffusers, hand-poured candles and Palm Oil-Free soaps set high standards in eco-friendly design with recycled glass, 100% recycled card and 100% recyclable packaging. Review of Delivery and Quality
The products were delivered promptly. I use Heyland and Whittle regularly as i am very happy with the quality of the products and you don't have to use much when washing owing to the quality. I made a mistake with my first order, ordering the wrong size of shampoo bars. They were very efficient in refunding my money once the products had been returned. It would be helpful to have both sizes of shampoo bar - 120 grams and 35 grams - together on the website, rather than on different pages, thus avoiding my mistake.

Love the sleep easy room spray. Such a good aroma and the bamboo Reeds freshener in the same range is just gorgeous!
Ordered some scented room sachets of different fragrances which were all disappointing. Hardly any fragrance, unless you sniff the actual sachet and even then not very noticeable! Wouldn't waste my money buying those again...
