Our 100% natural body and bath products are made the traditional way. Our handmade soaps are made with natural ingredients - such as olive oil, essential oils, herbs, spices and pure colourants, like madder root and turmeric. We've taken great care to exclude 'nasties' such as parabens and sulphates. And so this means that every skin type and sensitivity is cared for. We also know that you are looking to shop more sustainably for the good of the planet as well as friends and families. Oh dear what can the matter be!
I received two e-mails from the company saying my order had been shipped, and they hadn't. My third e-mail enquiring about my order got a result as I received my goods 2 days later.

Great service and great products, lovely soap and delicious room scents.
I bought the uncut soap to use in my holiday rental in an effort to reduce packaging and plastic. I am now able to give every guest their own wee bar of ‘hand cut’ soap and feel like I’m doing something towards reducing my carbon footprint.

Good content and (unlike some companies) a full bottle of diffuser liquid but absurd amount of packaging.

Hi Roslyn thanks for your review and just checking through your order, to wonder why an "absurd amount of packaging" cropped up, yeah I realize why ...it is indeed true, ooops.. because the FOC Reeds which come with the fragrance you ordered are so bloomin long we have to upgrade the box size we packed it in to a box to accommodate the length of the reeds, so all I can say is we're really sorry- please recycle, reuse or repurpose it if you can, and it is not a general rule we use too much packaging it just so happens it is an anomaly of your particular product order.
