I had a great instructor by the name of Andy, he was really useful and his techniques helped me pass my test. Gave great advise and guidance on how to drive a pcv vehicle.

Andy is a great instructor and teaches you all you need to know in order to drive a category d vehicle correctly.

Training was nice and enjoyable the instructors were very friendly and helpful

My instructor Karl B is a total legend whom i had the honour to learn alot from at stagecoach West ham depo he's a true gentleman who corrects you on your mistakes and doesn't make a meal out of it and makes you learn from mistakes and shows you a whole new level of professonal driving and supports you all the way and he's helped me when I been through a tough time with a nasty previous employer who expected new pass HGV driver to become a professional over night instead of supporting and allowing a professional person to help me settle in and support me

Karl has been a pure mentor and inspiration making sure me and 2 other trainee drivers all get thru the PCV exam and gone above and beyond that which he truly has done as I am now a PCV Licence holder and a HGV licence holder Karl help me show just because one employer was bad there is always light at the end of the tunnel and help me develop a passion for singing anyone who goes under Karl's wing is in for a great time

I will never forget you Karl your a true legend that are rare to come across and look forward to hopefully see you on one of my routes

I had the best instructor which was Andy I went from not being able to drive a bus at all to being able to pass within two weeks with the help from Andy. Andy is a really good teacher who wants you to pass and will teach you everything the right way so you are prepared to be on the road. I was struggling with turning but he immediately fixed that problem for me within 2 hours. Andy passed me within 20 hours driving time. If you are looking for an instructor Andy is the guy.

I will say that by far the best thing about my bus driver training experience has to be my trainer Andy. From day one with Andy I was made to feel at ease. I have gained so much from his vast experience and knowledge of the industry in a few short weeks.
I cant thank Andy enough.

I am very pleased and thankful to have amazing driving Instructor named Sham, he has given me great reference points, patience, helpful, respectful and easily break downs the learning process in stages to make us learn easily.

I have only driven 20-25 hours with consistency and managed to pass my driving test the first time! This is only possible and achievable because of Sham !! 👌🏽

Please anyone who wants to learn effectively, efficiently and Safely on roads I suggest and advise you should definitely use Sham as a driving instructor both in cars and Buses.

Today I passed my final tests to become a bus driver.
Theory, hazard perception, CPC, practical and mod 4 all passed first time.
I would like to thank Jordan for his patience as the amount of times he told me to check my mirrors he probably got feed up with keep repeating himself.
He is a very good trainer and made the training very enjoyable. He took the time to answer questions and some queries that I had. He gave me the encouragement I needed when I lost my morale due to a few bad drives but it all came good in the end. Well done Jordan and thanks

I honestly have had the best time learning with my instructor Andy! I learnt so much in such a little amount of time, while still having time for a great laugh in between!!

Beqir is the one-off best instructor he now very well how to teach people to drive the bus and get your test pass ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I first started the training I was very nervous and anxious. Eddie built my confidence whilst undertaking the training. He delivered the training which was fair and easy to understand. Eddie adapted to my needs and he allowed me to practice areas I needed to develop. Towards the end of my training I was encouraged by Eddie to sit my test and he showed great confidence in me. I would like to take this opportunity to say a very big thank-you to Eddie for training me & believing in me.

Tony Lynch is an A class PCV license instructor. He's very down to earth and has a laid back approach which puts you at ease.
His instructions are clear and concise. He analyses your driving weakness well and give you excellent feedback so you can improve.
And when he corrects you sternly, he mixes it with humour so you don't take it personally.
It was enjoyable and fun being under instruction with Tony
He is is truly an asset to his company and would recommend him and his company to anyone.

I would truly recommend Andy for your driving instructor. I passed my test today all thanks to this great man. From the very first day he made me feel comfortable, which built my confidence behind the wheel from the start 😀

The way Andy teaches is absolutely amazing and I can not thank him enough for all the professional training he has given me.

Jermaine was the best instructor. Gave me no stress throughout training and I passed my PCV driving test on the first go.

Andy is a really good driving instructor I would advise anyone to go use him any day, if your having any doubts about your driving ability while training as a bus driver Andy is the guy to go to, the first day I started my training with him I was 100% confident behind the wheel by the end of the day due to all the instructions he gave me

My end result while with Andy was training for 19hours and passing my driving test with 5minors… there was nothing but good vibes and laughter while training on his bus great guy man honestly👊🏽🫡

i had a fantastic experience training with an instructor from this company. Eddie was a great instructor who made me feel comfortable and confident with driving a bus and he taught me not just how to pass a test, but he taught me how to be a professional driver. he took me in as family and showers great passion for his job and i cant thank him enough for the life lessons he has taught me. knowing i am only 18 years old he catered to my lack of experience and helped me greatly, thanks eddie!

Andy taught me how to drive a bus. I wasn’t being taught well by my previous instructor, I was making so many mistakes, hitting curbs, no lane control, too slow. Lucky for me Andy came along and took over our team. One day of being with Andy all these mistakes were corrected. He doesn’t shout, he teaches in a very calm manner, makes you feel at ease. I couldn’t believe that it took only 24h. Andy showed me all the techniques, how to avoid hitting curbs, how to stay within your lane, how to pick up speed when necessary, how to not be overly cautious, how indicate and not forgetting to turn off my indicators, how to do roundabouts, how to use overhangs and so much more. And when you do well, he rewards you by buying Lunches and drinks, and always has sweets for us, 🥰best guy ever. Without Andy I wouldn’t have passed at all. Best instructor that any student should have. He changed my life. Because of how he taught me, I passed my practical. Thank you Andy. 😘

Jermaine was an outstanding instructor, adapted to my needs, had good conversations and overall provided with a good time whilst I was in training, I didn’t want training to end!!!

From my first drive until my test day Jermaine highlighted what I needed to learn by telling me, explaining to me and even showing me how to complete manoeuvres etc helping me lead to a first time pass with minimal minors!!!

Not only that but the other instructors are also very friendly and lovely to have a chat with.

Overall, I’m very happy with HGVC and would definitely recommend.
