The stools I ordered are just as I hoped, I am very happy with them. They were slightly later than anticipated but I was quite comfortable with this as the room they are intended for is not ready yet.
Tony is very pleasant and helpful to deal with.
Only a 4 star due to the negative attitude of the delivery driver.

I spoke at length with Tony who was very helpful and knowledgable and ordered 6 dining room chairs as a result. The chairs I chose were in 2 different styles, thinking they would work well with the table that hadn’t yet been delivered from another retailer. The chairs arrived in perfect condition, on time and some weeks later the table arrived. When all together in situ I realised that I should have got 6 of the same chair. I spoke to Tony and he was amazing. Despite it being a massive screw up on my part he said he was shortly going to be in the area and offered to pick up my 2 original chairs that didn’t work and replace with them with another 2 so I had a set of 6 matching ones. Truly amazing service and I cannot thank him and Hicks and Hicks enough!

My order was quickly dealt with considering the postal strike and the product was first class as it was a Christmas present and my friend really loved it

Delivery was delayed, no updates were provided and no response to many emails and calls. When chairs arrived they were broken. I still await a response to whether a replacement will be sent.

The bathroom set was so lovely for the price, it was delivered quickly and well packaged

Hicks and Hicks are probably the company of the year for me. I ordered two French garden chairs to be delivered to two different addresses and on two different days it worked! all thanks must go to Tony whom I was dealing with, such a gentleman, made the transaction soooo easy.
The chairs are absolutely beautiful and look lovely in my garden room . I will definitely shop with them again.
