I purchased a Welsh Dragon Cushion, which wasn’t delivered, I contacted Tony who arranged for a replacement item promptly, very happy with customer service. The cushion was exactly what I wanted, great quality, would buy again.

I am pleased with the chair. However it was plonked outside my garage, not in, which was promised. I couldn’t get my car out. Also no indication that I would have to put on the castors myself…on the front I suppose

Hi ordered large rattan lidded pot - had one earlier that I was pleased with so ordered another. when it arrived it was decidedly smaller for the same money!! kept it but was disappointed.

They said they had the product I needed in stock so I ordered it. Two weeks later still hadn’t heard from them so I emailed to ask where it was, only then did they tell me I wouldn’t be receiving the product and would be given a refund. When I phoned they were helpful but feel they should have informed me sooner.

This is my second and ‘final’ request for a review and I still haven’t received my order. I contacted Hicks &Hicks after the first request for an update on the order but have had no response. Not sure what to make of it.

I have to hand it to this company. They are super efficient. I placed the order one day and received the next day. This is the 4th time I’ve bought from Hicks and Hicks and their products are always great quality. Such a breath of fresh air compared to some others.

Quality product delivered in a reasonable time. Would have liked a confirmation of despatch or estimated delivery date however when I phoned I was given clear timeframe for delivery. Product (padded bench seat) dimensions were not as described, about 15cm wider which would have been a problem had I ordered the custom table to go with it before it was delivered. However it looks lovely and I would buy again.
