Price guarantee worthless .
Price guarantee worthless .. bought two items .. found the first almost half price in my local town but the second two items o found online a a few days later at circa £80 as opposed to the £125 charged - which to be honest was expensive for MDF!
Told- We do have a couple of conditions regarding price matching products: we do ask for at least 3 reputable websites that are selling the product at a similar price. We also would expect the items to be in stock so you are able to buy the alternative and have it delivered in the same time frame as we are offering for that product.
Find it three places cheaper and before its delivers or your stuffed!

Sorry if you are confused. We do not offer a price guarantee where we can match prices after a customer buys, takes delivery and uses the item. What we do try to do is offer price matching - the difference here is that if you contact us before agreeing to buy something having found a cheaper price elsewhere, we price match whenever we can. So if you had asked us before you placed your orders we would have had a look at it. We would not have been able to match the prices you have claimed in this case as they are actually less than cost which either means the prices are bogus or the items are seconds.
We constantly try to monitor prices from our competitors, and please remember you have 14 days to return anything you buy on line for whatever reason.

A very strange and undeserved review.
You were fully informed of the delays caused to deliveries that had lead to the extended delivery time and maybe you have forgotten that we had a nice chat at the time and you decided to cancel the order and have a refund which we issued the same day. Six weeks later you started sending emails to say that you have never had your refund which we investigated and sent all the documentation to prove that it had been successfully paid back and you have never acknowledged this. So we are not really sure what the problem is here, had you forgotten that you cancelled it, or how you paid for it.......

Love our black console table
Purchased a £700 console table back in July. Although it took a while to arrive (6 months) due to pandemic impact on manufacturing and shipping etc, it finally arrived today and we’re delighted with it! Well worth the wait. The quality and design are impeccable! Would definitely recommend.

Imperfect
Ordered a cake stand for my mom to give me for xmas as she doesnt do online. It was just what I wanted but when it came it was badly marked, rang for a replacement which came within couple of days and 1st one returned but the replacement has a Mark in the glaze, going to put up with it cos no guarantee a 3rd one will be any better. It wasnt advertised as a second and wasnt cheap, so disappointed it's not perfect

Beautiful cushion
Beautiful cushion, sturdy fabric and thoughtfully wrapped in tissue with fast delivery. The plastic packaging and tissue were ripped in transit but thankfully the cushion wasn't damaged. Perhaps despatching this item in a box may give more protection.

Wow Leather club chair
Wow. This chair is even better than in the photo and was delivered as per phone call. It came fully wrapped over a cardboard box. It was then bubble wrapped to protect it which was impressive. The leather is fab and the chair takes pride of place in our lounge and has made my man very happy.
The seller was very helpful and would definitely buy from again. 10/10.
