I bought some lovely pots. I also made a mistake with the delivery address, but they sorted this out with the delivery company really quickly, and with no faff or quibble. It felt like dealing with actual humans rather than the corporate facde that is now often the norm.

I did bought a beautiful ginger jar but unfortunately it is poor quality. I do not returning because I will not have a time to return in 7 days. The Brown Buffalo Leather Pouffe came very quickly and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful. I am pleased with it, although it was more chocolatey brown, my preference would have been more chestnut/mahogany brown but otherwise its fine.

I ordered a white console table from them 5 weeks ago with a two week lead time. I received an order confirmation email and then nothing. I have called them, emailed them and attempted online chat with them but can’t get hold of anyone

I ordered 4 French Latte glasses and some Christmas decorations. I am so used to waiting forever for items ordered online to arrive that I was amazed when my parcel arrived from Hicks and Hicks the very next day! The items were stylishly and well wrapped. I would definitely order from this company again.
