Excellent service
Excellent service. The courier had problems meaning the delivery did not arrive on time. When we reported it to Hicks & Hicks they were on the phone immediately sorting the problem out for us and within minutes they had the courier ringing us to sort it out.
Superb service from a company and staff who really care about customer service. Well done!

Pretty poor quality
Pretty poor quality. Bought a small bird bath and 12 hours of it being outside and with water in it, it turned orange and rusty.

Prompt delivery well packed , the fabric on the floor cushion is very rough and scratchy , I plan to use for dog so would cover top with a fleeed anyway - but I could not sit on the cushion without interface .
