Good service but bad packaging
The quality of the products and speed of delivery were great - but they sent so much bubble wrap packaging that I couldn’t find anywhere to recycle so had to fill a whole black sack (after popping everything) to go straight to landfill. This was only for 2 metal tins, so nothing very fragile. Please use packaging that is biodegradable or at least widely recycled!

Thanks for your review and great to hear that your items arrived safely. We only use recycled packaging, and hope that our customers are able to re use wherever possible. Unfortunatley we have to use plenty of packaging otherwise items will get damaged due to rough handling sometimes by couriers. We find it is far better to do this than have to collect the item.

Terrible quality very hard seat
The seat ordered looked very high quality in the picture and it wasn't cheap. When it arrived the quality of material was thin and scratches easily (velvet very cheap) and the chair was very hard and not comfortable. All in all the chair will be used as a dress item and cant be used as something that someone would sit on.

I was really surprised with this review, as we have sold countless numbers of these before and they have been reviewed well. We hand pick all the items that we sell for quality and value and stand by all our products as part of our comprehensive range. At £425 these are a less expensive arm chair compared to some that we sell and represent we think good value for money. The structure of cheaper chairs means that they do not necessarily feature springs and webbing and have a more simplistic internal make up. Like all chairs they soften up with use over the years.
We offered to take this back at our cost even though there was nothing wrong with it as we hate to hear that customers are not 100% happy but this offer was declined by this customer, so probably not quite as Terrible as reported.
