I ordered in Feb, finally got the money back in July.

I ordered 46euro worth of goods and only got a confirmed order email when I emailed them about 5 weeks or not receiving the goods. It's now 6 weeks and still nothing. You can't message them on Instagram and they aren't allowing new messages. And no sign of my order. Even thought the site says 4 weeks. I live in Ireland this company is based in the UK so post should take less then 1 week. Avoid as this company is a scam however they make sure orders get to influencers on time.

Not sure what's going on with so many other orders, but I'll be completely honest and say that while there WAS a delay of a couple of weeks with my order, I DID receive it. I ordered two multichromes and the primer, and the multichromes were absolutely beautiful and the primer is going to last me forever, I only need a tiny amount and there's enough in the pot for about tne next 5 years, lol. The only disappointing thing to me with HC is that the multichromes are selling out and they don't seem to be restocking them. One of the ones I have, Dragon's Egg, is unfortunately no longer available, so when mine runs out I won't be able to get another. That's really my only complaint.

Worst makeup company ever! Over 2 months and still haven't received my order from them. They try to blame their postal service, but there's nothing wrong with it. When I asked for my money back they said they won't give refunds after 24 hours of the order being placed! Don't waste your time or hard earned money!

I’m so angry. I ordered close to $200 worth of products on Black Friday. It’s July, I’ve received absolutely nothing. I have never gotten a personalized answer back. I got a fake shipping confirmation, and when I followed up weeks later they said they would “re-ship” my order. You didn’t ship it in the first place, liars! I once again got a “shipping confirmation” two days after my last order. A month later and NOTHING has arrived. Don’t waste your money with this business. I’m so angry I could scream.

Ordered in March, it’s now July. Never received my order despite repeated emails to the company and messages on instagram.

If I could give zero stars I would .. these people do not honour orders they took my money waited for my frustration to take hold with endless emails requests for refund no order no refund no proper explanation .. I reported them as a scam company to my bank they investigated and my bank refunded me my money .. I emailed them one last time requesting my order or refund me and guess what .. they replied with .. no need to contact us for yr order or refund as yr bank has refunded you ... wow no apology no embarrassment .. shocking .. they had no intention to send me my order just taking my money, and no intention to refund .. they rely on banks to pick up the tab ... what does that say about Hidden Cosmetics???? They need to be reported to Trading Standards

SCAM. Placed my order on December 6, 2022, and yet to receive it to date. At first they at least pretended by sometimes responding to my many emails with an update but no longer even doing that. If you placed your order within the last six months I recommend you cut your losses NOW by contacting your bank and filing a refund claim, as many banks would not do this after six months have elapsed since the original transaction. The founder has previously followed the exact same playbook of taking orders and not fulfilling them and disappearing off the internet for a while after being called out, and nothing seems to have changed this time around.

It has now been 5 months since I ordered Hidden Cosmetics. I still haven't received a thing. I've sent multiple emails and DMs, which I was replied to once in a blue moon, certifying that my product would be shipped "next week". This was on April 14th. I've asked the seller to refund me multiple times and they've never replied. However, they did accuse me of writing a review on trust pilot calling them scammers. Which wasn't my review, but hey, I've been patient and almost 3 months after this interaction I leave mine! Also how can they be mad that they are called scammers if so many people haven't received their products?

Do not buy from or trust this company, their communication skills are non-existent. Their website said 4 weeks shipping time when they were late- And again, it's been almost 5 months. The seller seems to think this is ok with what little communication they make.

What went wrong was ever placing an order with this company! I placed an order in Jan and then seen on there Instagram a few weeks later that royal mail was having issues and the order would be delayed. I was very understanding about this at the time (despite staying in the same country and having recieved other orders through royal mail placed on the same day).
They then posted to Instagram on the 2nd of April they were starting to send out orders and to email them for updates which I done. I received no response until the 13th after 3 further emails that was a generic we will reship. Still no order so emailed again on the 8th of May. No response till the 23rd which stated there was delays (by this point 5 months) and would be shipped ASAP. Nothing until I emailed on the 22nd of June the responded on the 26th saying my order was on its way. Still nothing! Then today I go on tiktok and see they have started selling on tik tok shop so I left a comment and was told I would be blocked as I was harassing them for telling people not to order from this shoddy company and then was told I would be refunded in 3-4 working days I won't hold my breath. I questioned why they would say my order was on the way then say they would refund me and was told that message was sent as it was in a mailing bag and they don't mail over the weekend.( I was sent the email on a monday) and when I questioned this logic I was told it would have been mailed this week but as they are providing a refund they will remove my product from there non existing mailing bag. Save yourself months of hassle and don't order and if you have ordered go to training standards and report for tax fraud as they have been dormant on companies House for 2 years claiming the business has made no money (they have now went active as of today)

Scam! Ordered in January and still nothing!! After following on Instagram to try and get information on shipping it was said it was due to the Royal Mail strikes… then they were posting that they are under extreme stress and suffering from mental health… I feel like this was used as a distraction from the fact they were not sending out orders. Excuse after excuse and at this point I’m unsure how they still manage to have any kind of business…

Scammers. Order placed April 17th and nothing. Email them nothing. Post on social media, your comment gets deleted

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don’t usually write negative reviews, but feel people should avoid interacting with this ??company?? at all costs.
I placed an order in April (order #27306), and got a message saying order confirmed. After 2 weeks of waiting, I got nervous having read reviews and sent some emails asking for an update. This was only answered once I took to Instagram and complained on their feed, and I was told the order would be “reshipped.”
It’s been 2 months now, and after many, many email requests for updates that went unanswered, I gave up and lodged a complaint with my bank. They said they have had other complaints and will be reporting this.

I would strongly recommend finding other places that do glitter - Slayfire Cosmetics and Sarazaar have just as beautiful stuff, which you actually receive, and they are super friendly and normal!

It seems that they are scamming people. I made my order in April and they still have not shipped it. I contacted the customer service and just got fobbed off with feeble excuse of there being some delays.

I ordered from this company last December and have still not received my products 1 year later. When I emailed their customer service for a refund, they cited a “24 hour refund policy” from when the purchase was MADE, not RECEIVED, which is absolutely ridiculous, especially considering they ship internationally. They basically admitted through email that they never even sent out my order. They are scammers, do NOT give them any of your money!

Ordered in December, still nothing! I was originally very understanding of the royal mail strike that is apparently happening until I finally received a shipping notification in April but now I still have not received anything so I think that was a lie too. I have emailed them multiple times and only gotten one response back. After leaving comments on Instagram they messaged me there and when I replied back to them they ignored me once again. They have been deleting my comments and they even went as far as blocking me from being able to comment to tell the TRUTH about what is happening! Save your money!!! Do not buy anything from them they are scammers and liars

All for small businesses thriving and that things can go south: However, these people have done nothing but treat us like morons and treat their customers like nothing . These people can not go on scamming their customers and je get away with it. Please anyone who has gotten scammed by them email me with your proof and we can actually get justice tue money they have taken from us. I’m not a bitter person, I’ve waited more than 6 months for this.

Total scam, ordered over a month ago and still not received anything. I've asked them many times for an update and I just keep getting the same response that there's delays. I've asked for a refund which they've told me I can't have as it's gone past 24 hours, ridiculous who has only a 24 refund policy. Scam don't buy from them!
