Following a family holiday I had muffled hearing in my left ear. I popped in to Hidden Hearing hoping to get an appointment within a few days but they got me seen within an hour. The lady on reception was very friendly and was super helpful.

The appointment itself was exceptional. Diane was extremely friendly, taking the time to get to know me and my circumstances. She then sorted the issue with exceptional care, explaining the process as she went through it. She carried out a hearing check as well which was great customer care. I cannot recommend this business enough, especially Diane.

Did not think it correct for receptionist to be chewing/eating whilst talking to me.

Ran late for the 1500 appointment and had to ask at 1505 how long would it be till I was seen. Seven minutes beyond the appt. time.

Jeremy listened to my concerns of my previous negative experience and ensured I was not only, listened to and addressed but he explained the process and procedure every step of the way.

Great experience, I attended for ear wax extraction after 5 weeks of muffled sound and conflicting advise, thanks Diane, highly recommended

Gerry is very caring and professional as well as being very knowledgeable about deafness & hearing loss. He thoroughly checked my ears and hearing. My hearing had gone down slightly in one ear and he fitted a larger dome onto the one hearing aid of the ear where my cartilage had moved. He also adjusted both aids to reduce background noise. 100% excellent care. Thank you.

The gentleman arrived checked my ears and said my right ear was completely blocked with wax but I could still hear okay from it and said he couldn’t do the test and walked out

Been going th HH for a number of years. They are very professional, Jerry in Norwich knows his stuff happy give advice without pushing the latest products. Products not cheap but you get what you pay for not forgetting their regular 'health checks' are included with the products.

Got an appointment easily. Diane was very professional. She explained the procedure, did the job and showed me the results. Reasonable cost and much better than having to wait weeks to sort.
I’ll come back again and recommend to friends.
