I bought a subwoofer at a discount
I bought a subwoofer at a discount, due to being an open box product, this was damaged in transit.
To cut a long story short, they payed for a pickup from my house and sent a brand new subwoofer.

Fast delivery mobile version of site needs improvement
Best bits.
Bought a VM760xSL at a really competitive price due to offers, the delivery was fast item very well packaged.
The downside.
I’ve given a 4 star review and this is only down to one point I would like to make but hope it’s taken on aboard and will improve for the future.
The website is not mobile friendly I had issues selecting items going to the basket going through payment page even on desktop requested site on mobile was very awkward. I ended up waiting til I was home and made the order on my laptop, for reference I was using safari on iPhone 15pro in case your web developer needs that info.
If this is sorted would make a much nicer and easier site to visit and navigate.

Excellent customer service
**Please be aware that items listed as “in stock” may not actually be available, which can lead to delays in delivery.**
What started off as an absolute disaster eventually turned into an example of excellent customer service. I had ordered from this website specifically because I had seen reviews praising their quick dispatch, and I needed the item urgently. Unfortunately, I was soon emailed to say that the item was actually on back order. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing given the circumstances.
However, the customer service team was outstanding throughout. They responded to emails quickly and even went as far as calling the manufacturer directly to try to obtain a delivery timeline for me. They later came back to explain that the manufacturer had pushed the timeline back further.
My order contained two items, so I asked if the other item could be sent separately. They didn’t hesitate to do so, even though this likely meant additional shipping costs for them. They sent it via express delivery and I received it the very next day. The second item arrived later, as expected given the back order situation.
I do hope the website will be updated in the future to reflect true stock availability so that other customers don’t face the same disappointment. Otherwise, this would easily be an 11/10 experience.
Thank you to the customer service team, particularly Thomas and Mark, for going above and beyond to help resolve the situation to the best of their ability.
