Wrongly Advertised Jacket and slow refunds
The Nanga x HS Jacket I ordered was wrongly advertised as 760FP down but on the Jacket itself was a print on the arm that said 650FP... Also they advertised the Jacket as waterproof, which I'm quite certain that it's not... For example the zippers and the seams are not sealed, so at least through the zipper water will get through... maybe it's water repellent but not proof... And how can something be marketed as only wind resistant but fully waterproof? But I can't really proof it, so maybe the Material itself is somehow waterproof... I believe they just took the Information from the original Nanga Jacket on what the Collab-Jacket is based off (they downgraded it by alot compared to the standard Nanga Jacket)... I already informed the customer service on the 23rd of September but since now I only received a message that it would take a long time to answer my question because I quote "the commerce section of Highsnobiety is closing down and we have had many of our staff let go immediately." ... Surprisingly the jacket got reduced by a lot now since my last email... It looks like they throwing it out now. Of course I had to pay myself for the return... And the refund is also very slow. They already have the package since the 2nd of October but I heard nothing till now. I just want my money back and never order there again.

Exceptional Customer Service
The store has an incredibly good range of designers and products, I ordered 2 dresses which arrived really fast and are beautiful.
There was a slight mix-up with delivery, luckily I was put in touch with Alfred from the customer service team who was really responsive and sorted any issue incredibly quickly! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had - I would give him a tip if I could!

next time communicate changes in order
One product wasn‘t available anymore so it was automatically refunded. It would have been nice if I would have been asked if I still want to receiver the other product. I wouldn‘t have ordered one piece and had to pay 6€ for the return.

Disappointing Experience – Not Recommended
I ordered a pair of sneakers from this website last week. They were on a good discount, but there was absolutely no mention that the item might be damaged, defective, or have any flaws.
When the shoes arrived, I was very disappointed: the glue job was messy, with adhesive spilling out around the edges. On one shoe, the paint on the toe cap was poorly and unevenly applied, with visible streaks. On top of that, the mesh material on the toe of the same shoe had a yellow stain — clearly noticeable against the otherwise pure white sneaker.
At first, I planned to return them. However, I hadn’t checked beforehand that both shipping and returns are not free. When I read their return policy and realized I’d have to pay for the return myself, I decided not to go through with it. Shipping plus return would’ve cost me around €15 — which, for €90 sneakers, didn’t seem worth it.
I then tried every possible product and method to remove the stain — with no success. So in the end, I basically paid €100 to play laundry service at home and feel like a dry cleaner. Now I’ll be walking around in defective Salomons with a yellow stain on the toe.
If you’re looking for some excitement in your life, enjoy DIY stain removal projects, and want to feel like you’re working in a cleaning lab, by all means — order from this shop. Maybe you’ll get lucky too. I didn’t ask for this experience, and I certainly didn’t enjoy it.
What’s even more puzzling is that this website sells clothing from major luxury brands, with individual pieces priced at €3,000–4,000. But if they ship a €100 item in this condition, I can’t imagine how they handle expensive ones. Chances are, you’ll receive something faulty as well — and at best, you’ll get your money back, but lose your time, nerves, and still pay for shipping both ways.
Case closed — I absolutely cannot recommend this shop.

Super fast shipping BUT ….
Super fast shipping ! , I love the selection of all the things you guys have ! But the return policy as a US buyer sucks. Sadly the shorts I bought did not work and now im stuck with them because I do not want to pay $50 shipping to send them back 😔
