unfortunately i hadn’t received a refund for an unwanted item that appeared to be lost in transit… i contacted the team via e-mail and they resolved it within a few hours and processed my refund the same day… very polite and courteous… will 100% shop with them again :)

Excellent customer service, very nice, fast to answer, friendly and dedicated. I recently purchased an order but it took me time until I got back home so I could not try the items til then, the staff and the company were nice enough to let me return one of the items despite it slightly passing the return deadline.

Poor quality shipping for high price
Shipping was $18, and both magazines I ordered showed up ripped and in subpar condition. You’d think at that price point the service would be high quality. I regret purchasing and definitely won’t be buying again.

Everything but choice of fedex as…
Everything but choice of fedex as carrier was great. Great selection great prices, good presentation of products. Fast send out, easy return.
Only thing is fedex, took the long to deliver, tried to deliver at wrong address then back to distribution Center. Their support is ai based and unhelpful. When you get a human on the phone they are nice and helpful but their attempts at helping were in vein as they don’t really have access to the international distribution syatem. Anyway, the delivery was prolonged a whole week.
