the wrong product delivered
I'll start with the pros; fast delivery!
Now the negatives: the wrong product was delivered (ordered green shoes, but got white ones)
So now I'll just return it, well that will also be a problem; besides the fact that I have to pay for the costs myself (while they deliver the wrong product), it is also quite a hassle to create a return label

Nothing has changed over the past few years. In a positive way! Great and unique styles with fair prices and immediate delivery. In this case the only reason for my return was the way to oversized fit of an amazing JW Anderson shirt that didn't fit me at all.
But next orders will come soon...

Placed an order for the HS x RUF…
Placed an order for the HS x RUF collaboration within the first 2 minutes of the launch. Processed and took payment and then emailed me in the afternoon to say they were out of stock and I would be refunded.
Had set reminders to get in early, so a disappointing outcome.

As it often happens, the quality of great service becomes clear when a mistake or anomaly present. The DHL representative forgot to affix the return label to the package and after 6 weeks it remained on hold. The terms for return were long expired and yet the HS team (Leonardo and Felipe) made sure to retrieve the order info and find a solution quickly and effectively.
