Wrong product image on website
I got the wrong item in my order. Sending a return was not the easiest since they deliver with FedEx and you have to print the return label by yourself.
They still haven't changed the picture on the website, so I hope more people haven't tried to order the item I tried to order, but instead get this model...

Customer support was helpful.
Had a bit of a delay because the warehouse team were worried my address was not correct. My fault there. Julia from customer support was really helpful in sorting everything out and my order shipped quickly thereafter.

My fault but very helpful
I did a mistake in the login using their app; I contacted them, they were very quick to contact me and kind; they recommended an alternative way to solve my problem that worked; I later realized the mistake I made in the first place but it really was excellent service.

Worst online shopping experience
This is the worst online store ever with absolutely no customer service. After 3 weeks of placing the order (within the EU) the tracking status is the same since it was shipped and there is no chance to learn about the status of the parcel or get support from the store. There is only one shipping option, apparently by DHL which is strange since all other online stores deliver their goods with DHL regularly in few days. When contacting the customer service, there is only a generic answer about the day the order is shipped (from Julia - not sure if she is a person or a bugged bot). And this is where their customer service ends, absolutely no further reply or any will to help. If you’re into buying high-end fashion brands that take weeks to arrive (if they ever arrive), with absolutely no help from the store or guarantee that the orders arrive - go for it. Obviously the store operates more like a scam, zero customer service and not trustworthy at all.

Something go wrong
I placed an order and without knowing why they cancelled it and refunded my money. This has never happened to me with any online purchase. The truth is that it doesn't seem right to me. I ordered again, if the same thing happens again... they should be more concerned about the customer.

I had a lovely conversation with Julia, from the Customer Service team, about a refund she said that after checking with personnel for a refund I wasn't entitled to but she gave me anyways trusting my judgment.
Being a small business owner too taught me an important lesson, which is: the best way to win an argument is to avoid it.
And thus, as always and once again, this brand proved excellent customer service. Julia definitely made my week.
