Don't deliver on promises

I purchased the Honor 400 Pro a couple of months back via O2 with the offer of a free gift pack which included Tablet, charger, smart watch and headset sent the claim in but I get replies from 3rd party Exertis latest reply was "oh it's out of stock waiting for supplies to arrive" It's just excuse after excuse. Don't trust them to deliver on their promises of non existent gift pack

Horrible tactic

Horrible tactic, making people go on website on the certain date and type, put in all details to see the error message on a promotional deal anytime you try to buy with any deal, honestly dissapointed. Christmas special offer is a misinfornation and misleadibg tactic, they basically block the page so people can’t use the ProMotion and they say that they have an error and to go back to shopping hoping that people will go for different non-promotional products, this is dirty move honestly.

They will do anything in everything to avoid fixing a firm or a parent of fault that is a manufacturers fault there are probably one of the worst companies right now they're trying to be big for no reason no wonder why people avoid them right now. I have a magic V3 and the display as a problem with the pixels it is unknown manufacturer fault but they said it was self-inflicted damage and they want to anything about it. They should have done a recall an all magic v3 mitigate screen pixels dying.

Purchased magic7 pro on black friday sale, absolutely great price for a phone that is better than what I expected. Easy to apply discount code, delivery of the phone was next day as promised. The phone itself is 10/10. Will beat any Samsung or iPhone flagship in terms of value for price.

Won't deliver to Scotland

I reside in Scotland and wished to purchase a Honor Laptop. I had great difficulty with the website and eventually sent them an email. I found out that they don't deliver to Scotland despite it only coming from Reading. I am in the central belt of Scotland with very good delivery services. It's shocking that they refuse to deliver to Scotland.

I love the Honor ecosystem BUT

I love the Honor ecosystem and I will always be Team Honor but...

I would like to suggest the invention and sale of a foldable clamshell smartphone in an Honor version.

Such as the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip or the Oppo Find N2 Flip, but in an Honor version. I am sure that this would be of interest to many loyal Honor customers, like me who want a foldable flip phone ((Vertically) but want to stay within the Honor ecosystem, I'll definitely be the first to buy it if you make this type of phone under your brand.

I saw that a version like this was created in China, but apparently it's unlikely to be sold in France, I don't understand why; we Europeans are really looking forward to benefiting from it too, please

I’ve spoken with her both over the phone and via email, and on every occasion she has been professional, courteous, and proactive in keeping me updated throughout the process.

I don’t usually leave feedback, but Anastasia went above and beyond to help resolve the issues with my phone — and it’s the least I can do to express my gratitude.

I bought this phone from EE , I did do the form to get free things watch earlier buds and tablet. I told them I did the form no items turned up ! I had done a promotion form 16th Oct with no confirmation email back so now he wants me to search for none existing emails confirmation, so review goes on it's a joke I wouldn't recommend buying honour

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. They did not collect my return, and customer service ignored my emails. I decided to try an alternative to Samsung, but that turned out to be a mistake. Their level of professionalism was very low, and I eventually had to contact my credit card provider to dispute the charge. I advise others to be very cautious when dealing with this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I had checked the reviews before ordering as I can see that I am not the only that have not received an order. I ordered 3 WEEKS AGO a phone. I have called numerous times they told me they "investigate" the issue as the warehouse is not aware where is the phone and if dpd has collected it and they refuse to send me a new phone or reimburse me so I have to wait until they conclude their "investigation" which no one knows how long it will take. Please avoid buying anything from them, it has been a dreadful experience.

A very poor company to deal with. Faulty tablet but they unwilling to replace. The customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. They cannot understand basic facts and are unable to take basic decisions. Will never buy from them ever again. Total waste of time company with a totally useless customer service dept.

Ordered the Honor magic V5 online from there website as they were giving away many free items. The parcel was delivered and when opened the phone was missing i have contacted them many times quoting the consumer rights act 2015 which they have totally ignored , I have contacted the police who are not interested as they say no crime has been committed and I raised a dispute with Pay pal and they have dismissed my claim as the Honor have provided tracking details to them.
Citizens advice have been very helpful and I am now in the process of arranging a court date to enforce my rights under the consumer rights act 2015 this company are really the worst customer service I have ever encountered Please everyone stay well clear of them. Has any one else been in this situation? And if you have did you get your money back ?
