I can see down there loads of customers…

I can see down there loads of customers do not get theirs parcel or receive it open. Also happens to me, DPD left the parcel in front of the door and they still ask me 100 of questions about the parcel, to filled up I don’t know what kind of declaration and letters. DPD have a proof of delivery against them but HONOR still try to ask me stupid question to keep the case open for long. Tomorrow I will call my bank !

Desperately poor software and awful service.

Due to Honor's incredibly poor software development and very bad release management processes, I've lost all images in the carousel.

Your online support team are equally poor as they suggested I wait for 14 days for the release features to take affect. Anyone with any make/model of mobile phone will know that this is a completely ridiculous statement.

As per my email to the executive management team, please commence the return process today.

They should be banned from trading in the UK

This was my first time moving away from iPhone, and I was genuinely excited to try a HONOR device. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of appalling.

I paid £1,409 for a phone that never arrived — instead, I received a charger, pen, and case. The phone was on the invoice but completely missing from the box. Since then, I’ve been left without clear timescales, ignored by management, and fobbed off on live chat. I wasted hours chasing answers when I should have been working.

For a company of this size, the lack of accountability and communication is shocking. I still have no phone, no refund, no transcript of my chat as requested, and no complaints procedure provided. Worse still, their actions make it feel as though I’m being treated with suspicion instead of as a valued new customer.

This entire experience has been stressful, disappointing, and insulting. Do not even entertain this company they are crooks

I have reported them to trading standards and PayPal have opened an investigation into them

Anything but honourable

This company change their name to dishonour as they are anything but honourable!!!
My daughter purchased a phone from them and either them or the courier ‘misplaced’ it as she never received it.
Their answer report it to the police but seeing as she NEVER RECEIVED IT why is it up to her to do this.
GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER HONOR AND GET THIS FIXED IMMEDIATELY BY REFUNDING OR REPLACING IT!!!!!

Very poor customer service!

I ordered a HONOR Magic V5 online on 14 September 2025. I received my order the next day. I immediately contacted HONOR via their web chat option, explained the order was unopened and I wanted to return it as it was no longer wanted, I was assured that a return label would be sent to me via my email address.

Following several contacts with their help centre, the promised return label has still not arrived! I’ve not experienced such unprofessional service from other companies leading me to wonder it it’s all a big SCAM! Should any higher management from HONOR Technologies see my review, I would urge them to take immediate action to resolve my concerns! Based on my experience, I would NOT recommend HONOR Technologies at all!

Don't accept a delivery without weighing it in front of the driver...

I've received a parcel from Honor that was meant to contain an Honor Magic V5, a Tab 10, charger, pen and case. When I opened the box, there were only the accessories, no phone and no tablet. I wrote them an email asking when are they sending the phone and tablet... no reply, so I called them after about a day of waiting or so. They said they already sent everything. Upon double checking I found a packing list inside the box, underneath of some packaging bubbles, which showed all items. That was a surprise. They asked me to weight the box with the items that I received. A few days later they confirmed that their video shows no theft and DPD weighed the box as about 2kg, not 0.5kg, so they came to a conclusion that I received everything that I ordered. Basically, they advised me that I am lying. Will report it to the police and contact the bank as well. The fingerprints of the person who stole these items must be on the first layer of the cellotape. Although I am not sure if the police would want to help with this. We'll see.
Update: I've changed it to 3 stars from 1 star as it seems they did hand over the goods as promised to DPD, so the phone and tablet was stolen in the DPD network, 1-star review is due to DPD.
I am giving 3 stars to Honor as they made an incorrect conclusion too fast by saying that if they handed over a parcel weighing 2kg that means I received everything I ordered. It's illogical. I told them they would not make a good detective. It only proves that they handed over the parcel with all the goods in it, but it doesn't prove that DPD delivered it to me with all the goods in the box. They forgot that there was a 12-15h journey from the time of handing over to DPD and the time of delivering to me. During that time in the DPD network someone opened the box and took out the most expensive items... They practically accused me to be a liar too fast and that's why they got 3 stars only.

Purchased a tablet. I decided to move from apple as wanted android, more flexible and the honour tablet came out the best. Wow brilliant screen, long battery life and great functionality. Tablet shipped with keyboard case and pen. Very pleased with my purchase

Products ok until they aren't, slow and poor customer service.

Will update as this progresses. So I chose Honour and brought directly through their website, a nice shiny tablet and keyboard set. The tablet was good enough, nothing spectacular by any means considering it wasn't a budget tablet. Screen can be poor at times as well as the sound but does the job, unlike the included keyboard case. I brought the item because of the case so I could type on it instead of getting a larger laptop. After a few months a corner broke when putting the tablet into the keyboard case which worsened over time to the point that it won't stay in the case anymore rendering the keyboard useless. I wrote to Honour on the 3rd September, a WEEK later they replied telling me to fill out a web form, no interest in arranging the repair for me, they're response may as well have said 'ok, fill this form out and we'll arrange a repair'. The issue being, they have ZERO guidance on filling out the awful form which has drop downs for what product you are returning. There's options for tablets, I'm not returning a tablet. There's an option for accessories that has TWO options, both charging stations. So not only did they not want to help with the repair, they didn't even want to help with completing the form for me to arrange it myself. Presumably they want people to just give up and not bother which I'm very close to doing. Will update if this improves or gets worse.

My first honor product ever

My first honor product ever! Immediately had an issue with misleading advertising saying I'd get a free pad, went to customer support who agreed I could have got it but wouldn't send it out, said I had to put in a new order, return my first one. Awful for the environment, a huge hassle for me, and I don't have the cash to buy a second one (or at least don't want it tied up). Totally useless customer support who refused to raise it or help. Regret going with this company and it's been 2 days

I’ve ordered last Thursday the honor magic v5 and I didn’t received it! I have my money blocked, I can’t cancel the order and nobody can’t do nothing! Useless staff, useless company. I was apprehensive about buying from their website after reading the reviews. I have owned 3 honor phones in the past with no issues. I ordered expecting issues. The phone was delivered next day with all accessories. I can't complain about their service.

Honor phone

Honor phone. Don't!
Exasperating. Phones peoe when you put in pocket or hang up on another call. Charging was fast now slow. Not old.
Link to computer hopeless process. Down load files you want from Google back up.
Uses its own corruption of android called magic, which is a complete misnomer.
Sad. Would change today but the switch is such a nightmare..
So just warn others!
Guess I'll have to wait till it gets nicked, shouldn't be too long, as long as the don't know it an honor phone! I'm sure they'd try to give it back!

The worst customer service I have ever had in my life

I purchased a Magic V2 smartphone on Honor's website, being told it would be delivered the next day. (order number 85020057100)

A week later, I hadn't received the product, and when I contacted Honor, I received no response whatsoever, not by phone (they don't answer, and when they do, they don't say anything about the problem), unanswered emails, and other contacts, such as chat, don't work.

I'm 53 years old, have been shopping online for over 25 years, and I've never experienced such poor customer service—in fact, completely non-existent.

Fortunately, my issue was resolved by PayPal, which refunded the payment in full.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM HONOR'S WEBSITE. If you want Honor products, buy from marketplaces like Amazon or eBay.

Honor company, not very nice customer care are not very nice. The whole company is disgraceful. Chinese what else can you say?

I had a fault with my honour phone three months on from purchase. Spoke to customer services waste of time was not interested wasn’t prepared to support me anyway I was prepared to change my phone and buy a different one but would not reimburse me and gave me a used phone price which was nothing the company is disgusting dishonourable and I would not buy another runner as long as I live. I would recommend anybody who’s looking on a phone not to buy them. Certainly if you look at their reviews they’re atrocious and I’m not surprised how they treat you not very nice people honour

Honor Magic v3, such a great phone and company!

I've had my Honor Magic v3 since Feb 2025 and have to say, what an amazing phone... the performance is blistering, the battery life is class leading, the screens are perfect, the camera is exemplary, everything about this phone I love, it unfolds really well with a much less visible crease than its rivals.

I got a package deal with my phone, which included a rapid charger, Earbuds Open, Honor Watch, Honor Pen, Insurance for the inner and outer screens, money off voucher, a great px deal on my old phone (Huawei P30 pro) all in all the package was about £1299 and worth every penny... you even get a really good protective case included in the box, no need to spend £40+ on one.

Google Play works just fine, no issues at all running anything. Top Notch!

Aftercare is also great in my experience, I dropped my phone a couple of months after buying it, got a crack on the outer screen, the insurance covered it... they quickly sent me a postal pack, within a few weeks my phone was back with me looking good as new. Faultless service!

Returns process is rubbish

I purchased a new phone bundle direct from them (honor 400 pro with ear buds and super fast charger) and realised quickly that I didn't like it (couldn't download half my apps including Instagram and was sluggish and not good for a brand new phone.) Decided to make a return and apparently the requesting a return on your account in their website does nothing unless you also contact their customer service to approve the return. They do not explain this in the policy, which is what I followed. I was just waiting in for the collection with no information from them and only contacted because I realised I hadn't been sent a returns label. On speaking to them, I was told I needed to take the buds out of their charging case to return due to DHL policy. I haven't even opened the buds box and their returns policy states everything should be in its original packing and returned in its original box. If this is the case, why not include it in the return policy? You're an electronics company? There are lithium batteries all over the place!
