I would not buy Honor.
I was about to buy a Honor 400 Pro after using a Honor View 10 for some years without a problem. However when trying to arrange for an existing user discount of 10% on the purchase price I was told my phone was not a Honor phone but by Huawei although I believe Huawei still own Honor. When I found the Honor store was offering View 10 phones on Amazon they said that was a different retailer. It made me very wary and decided their approach to a prospective customer was so shifty and unhelpful it was perhaps best never to be a customer ever again. Having now read the Trust Pilot reviews by those who actually did buy I will await the Prime Sale and buy a mid-range phone from a more reputable make.

It is the worst phone I have ever owned. I have had this phone for a month now.
Clumsy UI, the swipe features get confused with scrolling features, apps constantly crashing, apps activating themselves. EG my YouTube will bring up videos when I am not using my phone (will turn on YouTube and it'll already be on a short or a video I have never seen before).
Takes hours and hours to charge yet battery does not last.
No home screen shortcut button.
Terrible product.
Want to return it but lost my receipt.
Will be going back to Samsung and destroying this terrible honour phone.
It is that bad I won't even sell it to a second hand shop.

Honor tab 9 will not print properly tried all there suggestions but to no avail. Told me they could not help as I didn't buy iy from them so I sent them a copy of order and the invoice no reply the last email I had agreed there was a fault with the tablet which is 6 months old when I asked about the guarantee not heard a thing since. About the worst buy I have ever made steer clear. If you open an account as a new customer with temu they give you one free.

July I brought the v2magic the phone front screen cracked in November, so I applied for warranty repair, I applied and phoned them for 7 months before I finally got an acknowledgement, so i sent off, and a few weeks later the find a fault which was a tiny black dot on inner screen which doesn't bother me, I just want front screen repaired so I can use it, they send me a quote for £1100 to fix it, I reject, get phone back, they hadn't even repaired front screen that's covered by warranty. So I complained and they let me send it off again, weeks later they offer to give me a quote for fixing front screen, which I thought was covered by warranty ,but no apparently warranty is pointless with honor, so 8 months later I have no phone, but I'm still paying for it, and they continue to waste my time, what was the point in me sending it off a second time for them to do the same thing. My experience has been quite different from most people on here.
Bought a Magic Pad 2, and although it had a screen issue the replacement process was straightforward and it was picked up the following day, then I received my replacement 3 working days after.
The customer service was helpful throughout the whole process.
Ideally it shouldn't of had an issue, but it's not the first bit of tech I've had issues with and they dealt with it swiftly and without any bother.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought the phone after seeing advertised on there website the ai superzoom however it's rubbish it's all pixelated nothing like the advertisement at all also the ai photo to video is only a trial period which is not clearly advertised I wanted a refund but they won't give me one as it's 2 days over the 2week cool off period I only tried the phone out recently as I'd been away, I've emailed them to no avail and when trying to leave negative feedback on their site it won't publish this company are misleading and uncooperative I shall be taking this matter further!!!
Honor 200 smart - £129 BRILLIANT
I bought the Honor 200 smart at argos brand new for £129 for my son at Christmas. It has been 6months now and he's dropped it many, many times, he has no screen protector on it and the screen has never broken. The camera is amazing for the price, the phone is the best phone I've bought, I will be buying my other two sons the same phone!
I highly recommend this phone to anyone who needs a reliable mobile, it is waterproof, smash proof and is most likely the best phone you can can buy on the market! So easy to set up too!

Don't listen to the people who say they buy second hand and they have issues your buying it second hand ofc there's going to be issues with the phone I bought my honour 70 brand new its never lagged one bit never had any issues battery can easily last me 2 days and to the people who are saying that are just trying to make the company look bad if I'm being honest honour has the best phone security out there it has it's own security chip built in to ensure safe use out of the phone the honour 70 has a crisp oled display 120hz nice camera and an amazing overall experience that snapdragon 778g+ is so snappy especially in 2025 never skipped a beat with honour amazing company

Love the phone (Honor Magic V2) but you don't get notifications for Airbnb as a host or booking dot com as a host! It keeps going into dormant mode even if you set notifications on. Honor can't seem to help with this. And on the Honor Pad 9 the Barclays online banking app is incompatible! These are major issues. Will have to change to a different brand for my next devices unless they fix these issues. Shame because the Honor fold is super thin!

Yes, unfortunately, it does not work on important apps like, Bank Of Scotland Banking app, Barclays Banking app, Freestyle Libre 2 Sensor, and some othere entertainment apps, We had to return tow of the HONOR phones, the last one a month ago. Its grat phone but Think twice before purchasing HONOR.

Absolutely shocking experience.
I returned a faulty Honor MagicPad 2 using the return label they provided. DHL refused to ship it because it contained three lithium batteries—something that goes against their own shipping policy. Yet Honor continues to send parcels with the exact same setup:
• 1 device
• 1 Magic Pen
• 1 keyboard case
Their customer service? Completely unhelpful. Don’t even waste your time with the live chat, they also don't answer emails.
This whole situation has been a mess from start to finish. I’ll never buy from HONOR again—unprofessional and completely amateurish
Absolutely Appalling Customer Service – Avoid HONOR at All Costs
HONOR should never be allowed to sell its products in the UK. There was no reason for them to hold the customer's money for a longer time when it was refused, and a refund should have been processed.
Why are their call centre agents rude and lacking common sense when dealing with customer issues?
I’ve never experienced such poor customer service from a company as I have with HONOR. I cancelled an order and refused the delivery, yet weeks later I am still waiting for a refund. Despite repeated follow-ups, they have failed to take the simplest step — contacting DHL to authorise the return.
Even after escalating the issue multiple times and being told it was being “investigated,” nothing has been done. I had to chase them repeatedly, including contacting DHL myself, who confirmed HONOR hadn’t even reached out. That says everything about how little they care once they have your money.
HONOR’s lack of accountability, zero urgency, and dismissive attitude toward a paying customer is unacceptable. I expected better from a global brand — this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company. Think twice before ordering from them.

Crappiest brand going, there phones fill up with cache really fast causing the phone to slow and lag, where you physically want to smash it up and punch it, yes I reported this to them by the settings and they don't care, they don't contact you, they don't offer updates for this, if your like me with no patience with phones I wouldn't bother getting it.
