Ordered Saturday, arrived Sunday! I always wear Meindl and always buy from Hill and Dale - great service.

Was quoted 3-4 week delivery time for a pair of walking shoes; 6 weeks pass with no update. Sent an email asking for an update, received a vague response about supplier delays. Shoes then delivered 2 weeks later. Could be a timely response to a customer query OR, it could be they forgot the first order. Either way, I have lost patience and confidence with this company

To start very easy website to navigate, very competitive price for MEINDL shoes, next day delivery with DPD (the best delivery company for me). They have me as a customer in the future. definitely.

I spent almost £200 on a pair of Miendl Peru hillwalking boots, just over a year passes by and one of my boots is leaking. I only wore them to walk a dog over a golf course a few times and never done the intended hills that I had planned(thankfully). They weren't interested as it was just after their lousy one year guarantee and reluctant even to reply back. when they did it was to recommend a company that would repair my boots for around £50 less than the cost of the new ones. So i definitely would not recommend this company. (There are plenty other companies that will give you 2 years). I also wouldn't recommend the Meindl Peru. I hope this helps some unwitting buyers in the future.

The Meindl Terlan gtx wide fit boots are excellent. Have worn them twice so far, sure footed and very comfortable. Delivery turned up on time

Ordered footwear 3rd Jun with a 10 day delivery forecast. Nothing received by 22 June. Emailed them. Miraculously, 23 June footwear was suddenly put out for delivery and despatched. Customer service non existent.

This is my 4th pair. I have one pair for dog walking and as they are so comfortable I have another pair for best.

Excellent quality product, after the initial long wait between placing the order and receipt, they arrived well packaged.
Just a bit confused about Hill and Dale's special offers. The same pair of Meindl shoes are now dearer than when I bought mine, even though there is a special Bank Holiday sale on, apparantly.

Very knowledgeable and friendly service with excellent range of quality outdoor gear at competitive prices. Fantastic alternative to some of the larger stores. I’ll definitely be coming back!
