Good service, both in the shop and online.
I went into the shop for advice. The sales person offered all the information I needed. He was very knowledgeable. Although my size wasn't in stocxk, he advised on the best way to place the order. My walking shoes arrived promptly. I'm very pleased with the product and my experience of Hill & Dale.

First Time Buyer
Hadn't used Hill & Dale before so placed an order after checking out their previous reviews.
I bought a Mountain Equipment jacket which was the best price I could find anywhere. Order came very quickly.
In the end I returned the jacket as the alpine fit wasn't for me.
These guys give great service and I'll certainly buy from them again. Both the original sale and the refund were hassle free.
Highly recommend Hill & Dale Outdoors.

Sadly the 1st time I used it, the zip was faulty. The front pocket zip wasn't stitched properly. Having said that I really like the bag and I'm exchanging it for a new one.
