fantastic shop in Yorkshire. They are the cheapest I have found for walking boI ots and shoes. I buy Meindl on a regular basis and the size I use is not usually in stock and has to be obtained from Germany. This means waiting sometimes for several months, for Meindl to make new stock. The staff are great, and always very communicative with the progress of the order. I just wish I could visit in person, and know someone who does, and she speaks highly of them too, her favourite outdoor shop.

Everything was very smooth and as expected

Very good service online, with fast order processing and delivery just before Christmas. It’s always good to use a bricks and mortar shop if possible. The only disappointment is that my product review wasn’t published; that aside, they are worth using if you know the item you want.

FeDex delivery process was very poor. They kept changing the delivery date. Eventually I collected the parcel from their Hartlebury depot on New Year's Eve. 8 days after the initial delivery date. It was a Christmas present that arrived well after Christmas.
Wouldn't recommend you using FedEx in future.

Super quick delivery and great communication

Great experience online - easy to find what I wanted and the delivery was really fast. I was expecting around 10 days as they were waiting for stock and they arrived in 4 with really good tracking all the way!!

The price for my boots was brilliant as well.

Defeinately a site I have bookmarked for the future for any more walking/hiking bits.

They don't offer free returns, which I found incorrect for the online retailer. Ordered 2 pairs of boots, as was not sure about the size - my standard practice when orderingbonline - only to realise I need to pay for the return myself. As a result I returned the entire £370 order, instead of only the item I was planning to return.
