Easy to use website
Easy to use website, have some good offers and the whole experience from buying to delivery has been exemplary. My wife and I have bought goods on several occasions and we have not been disappointed. From personal experience I can highly recommend them.

Great Meindl boots but took a while to be delivered
I ordered a pair of Meindl comfort fit (wide) walking boots in early September but they were not delivered for c.7 weeks. After about a month of hearing nothing I phone Hill & Dale and was advised there had been a delay in the product being shipped from Germany but that it was being addressed. Very pleased with the boots now they have arrived. Hill & Dale were the only company I could find who provided the wide fit boots.

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. Really accommodating. I had a fitting issue with a pair of walking shoes. I was allowed to keep hold of them until I ordered another pair( from Germany..4+ weeks) to compare them. I returned the original pair and was refunded really promptly. Thank you!

Received the boots I ordered, alas, the wrong size. Went to store to swap and was done with no fuss or quibble. Staff couldn't more helpful. Very pleased wit hthe service and will now use them as my go to outdoor wear store.

Great price and super quick shipping
I needed to replace my worn out Meindl Journey boots. Hill and Dale were offering the most competitive price online. I ordered first thing yesterday and my new boots arrived at around lunchtime today, that’s what I call a super fast service!

Great prices.
Super value on hiking trousers. Saved 30 per cent on the price compared to what I would have paid in a high street chain or via the manufacturer direct. Same great product but cheaper. Quick despatch and delivery. Would highly recommend.
