I was given clear, considerate & informative information both before & after fitting of my Blinds.
The fitting iitself was carried out in a clean & efficient manner.

Over the last 18 months we have had both wooden venetian and vertical blinds fitted by Sonny Dexter from Hillarys on all of our windows.

From the very first visit right the way through to fitting and troubleshooting Sonny has been great.

Jason Clarke, who appears extremely professional, efficient, friendly and polite, did an outstanding job right from the beginning to the end. He responded promptly and guided us with his best knowledge to work out what we needed and all the way through. We would not hesitate at all of recommending Jason at Hillary's to anyone!

John arrived promptly with a selection of samples. He was very knowledgeable and gave me some good advice.

Good service mainly down to the installer DINOSPF 116444 who kept me in the loop. Installation was quick and clean

Katherine was very helpful, I ordered shutters with her a while ago and wanted Katherine to come back to finish the house. She is absolutely lovingly, kind and professional.

We found the representative to be polite and attentive, she was very knowledgeable concerning the product we were interested in and gave us what we considered to be sound constructive advice and was not pushy at all. She listened to all our queries and gave positive answers.

We saw Graham (Advisor Ground 118913) to get blinds fitted for our house. Graham was brilliant - really helpful, friendly and straightforward to deal with. He talked us through the various options and was great answering all our questions with no hard sell. V happy with the service and the products are competitively priced. Would def recommend

Dreadful service do not use this company if you need to rely on after sales as it’s non existent
Hilary’s will eventually contact you and send all the necessary information and even make an arrangement for an advisor to visit, but that doesn’t happen, you are kept waiting and nobody arrives ! Infuriating to say the least
I would never use this company again even though I need more blinds!

Brilliant service from the time we enquired about the blinds to the fitting. Paul (the fitter) did a fantastic job of fitting the blinds. They look tremendous. So pleased we used Hilary’s and so glad that Paul was our local fitter. Would recommend to anybody.

Did a fantastic job in setting up the blinds for us. He was very sincere and kept his word about every aspect of the job.

We met a lovely lady called Schenka this morning from Hillary’s providing us with a quotation for shutters and automated roller blinds. She gave us good options and fabric styles. Schenka answered all of our questions. A pleasure to meet her and thank you for providing us with two quotations.

Good quality, on time, quick fitting, excellent product

In May 2025 I placed an order with Hilarys for some blinds. On the day before the delivery they contacted me and said that they wouldn't be able to do the installation on the pre-arranged day. Long story short - it took over 6 weeks to get a new installation date following a lot of phone calls all made by me and none by Hillarys. I did get a grovelling apology from the salesman but not until I tried to cancel the order and ask for a refund. Probably didn't want to lose his commission.
In July 2026 I needed another blind. I decided to go with Hilarys again because there's not much choice. Maybe that's the problem? Anyway, an installation date was set for 5th August. They called me on 4th August to cancel saying there was a problem delivering the blinds to the installer. It's now 29th August. They still haven't called me back with an installation date and have ignored my requests for a full refund. If it wasn't for the fact that I did eventually receive the first order I'd be posting a review here saying that this company is a scam. If you're looking for customer care and communication as part of the transaction, do not use Hillarys.
