Excellent customer service from start to finish. I needed flooring delivered and fitted in a really quick time frame and the gentleman who served me went above and beyond to ensure that this was achieved!

The sales lady was very knowledgeable and helpful and the team of the carpet fitters were very polite and clean and did a great job with fitting my new carpet.
the Surveyor is a very polite and professional gentleman and after measuring the rooms even reduced the cost of the carpet. All and all we are very delighted with the product and the service we received.

Excellent customer service, from the moment we walked in to the store to the final fitting. In the most recent experience, store staff were polite and helpful, showed the different options and worked out the price. They booked for someone to come around and get accurate measurements. This dropped the price a couple of hundred pounds as they worked out exactly how much was needed. Flexible and quick fitting dates were offered. On the day the fitters arrived on time, did a tidy job fitting carpets in the whole house as well as vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom.
Have used them a few times in the last 15 years and never been disappointed.

Second time using Himalaya carpets in my house, I always find their prices to be competitive. I had my bedrooms fitted last year, staircase and lounge done last week. I would highly recommend them.

I've used Himalaya Carpets for all my flooring needs for decades. They are very efficient and have a great selection. My velvet carpet still looks great after years of heavy use.

I had carpet fitted for my nursery 2 years ago. From the ofset I told the store that the carpet didn’t join properly and the stairs was fitted badly. After loads of calls and poor customer service the main playroom carpet was replaced. On the day of fitting I made them aware that again the carpet didn’t join in the middle and nothing was done about the stair carpet. Again a surveyor came and assessed it and said someone will be in touch. Yet again no contact. Very bad fitters and poor customer service. Will never use again.

Great range of carpets to choose from and good prices. Fitting was done quickly and efficiently. Friendly customer service all round.

I love the carpet and the woman that served me in the shop was really nice and helpful

However the price quotes for the underlay was twice as much as what I Needed.

The "Free fitting doesn't include stairs" as there is extra charge for it. Needs to be clarified better.

I was accommodated well in terms of quick turnaround and installation date.

They do need to be cleared on their quotations as what they're charging for and how much.

Just a little bit more transparency is definitely required.

I was very happy with the service I got here from all the team from start to finish I would highly recommend.

great selection of carpets, attentive service and competitive prices. Very satisfied with the fitting and very pleased that they could get this turned around in 10 days (we were waiting on the suppliers) before Christmas. would definitely recommend.

I went to Himalaya Carpet i had a small area total of 7.5 sqm of flooring vinyl I was quoted £100 just for fitting
other shops in areas where £45 to £53 this company is a total joke the price was given by the shop owner
