Thank you so much to Fran and all the techs’s at Hi-Q Kettering. Had a few unexpected issues with my Audi but their commitment in fixing my car was first class and so greatly appreciated. I have been a customer for over 25 years and will continue to be so and can’t recommend them highly enough! Thanks all..

Fran and her team were very welcoming and accommodating for a very last minute MOT. I was given friendly advice and support on the aspects of my car going forward; just a genuinely pleasant experience. I have also since had a tyre replacement carried out which was a very quick turnaround. My new go-to garage.

Booked a new tyre & tracking through black circles.After being let down 3times by a different company booked it in at hiQ,upon arrival was told that it was booked in for the afternoon.After explaining that i had been running round on a space saver for nearly 2 weeks after being let down,carl on the front desk said he’d get it sorted str8 away 4 me.without fail my car was all sorted within the hour even tho they looked extremely busy.Massive thank-you to hi-Q,especially carl & the technician stuart.Much appreciated.

Fran took my call before official opening time and managed to book me in for two new tyres on a busy Wednesday. Nathan, the Technician did a great job replacing the tyres and setting the tracking.

I was served by Pat, he was thoroughly polite throughout the service and serviced my Mercedes straight away I was in and away within a hour. Great service thank you again

All staff very welcoming and helpful with a full knowledge of information
Staff went above and beyond to ensure me and my partner got our car back having limited mobility
Mot waiting area freshly painted and clean toilets with free wifi
I would highly recommend for any problems with your cars

I don't normally use HiQ but I was so impressed with the service and price of my tyres, that I booked straight in to have my brakes replaced.

If I could rate HIQ 0 Stars I would. They performed an oil service on our vehicle, the sump plug fell out which was incorrectly fitted by them, oil everywhere and causing £1,768 of engine damage that they expect NO responsibility for! Their reason for it falling out was "Someone has tampered with the sump plug after it was serviced" A plug has been reinstalled and CORRECTLY torqued up and holding oil perfectly so it was clearly fitted incorrectly.

My Service and Free Safety Checks at Kettering Branch, were booked in at a time that suited me, without any fuss, when i rang to change my original appointment. Service Manager, Pat, was very helpful and informative re a few faults which were highlighted on Service; one which was Major (large significant 'slash' on the inside of the rear nearside tyre)
Technician, Nathan, who carried out the Service was on hand when i collected my vehicle and he was brilliant with his knowledgable observations and advice re 'Advisories'. Thanks guys, very impressed.

Great customer service! From start to finish! Fran was a lovely lady from booking my appointment to helping me when I arrived! Went the extra mile to show me bits on my car! Nathan was very helpful advising on what the issue was how he was going to sort it & explain everything so well! The customer service from these two was above and beyond! Our honda civic had the misfortune of hitting a pothole and instantly deflated the osf. tyre. Limped to HiQ Kettering, leaving car/note. On Friday Pat called, he ordered same tyre as nsf, and also fixed the headlight which also popped to the severity of the pothole. He kept us informed throughout, and, so I cannot thank Pat and his team enough for their help. We always go to HiQ for our tyres, and this has store always provides consistently great service. A refreshing customer service experience.

I used the service earlier in the week suffering a slow puncture which turned out to be a screw in the tyre. The guys were amazing, discovered the problem, gave me options for a solution, gave great communications and updates, and delivered a replacement tyre meeting the deadline they set. I could not have asked for a better service. Thanks to P for looking after the job and to Nathan and Stuart for doing the work. I really appreciate it!

I went in today for two new back tyres. The staff were very friendly and also managed to save me money. As I was advised I didn't need the tracking done on my car which I had also booked it in for. This was very much appreciated.

What a great place this is!
Richard and Alex have always been so helpful and friendly and the wider team are great too.
My experience is that it’s a nice, honest place and with a good and fair price.
They always fit me in, for general repairs, MOT’s and services but also a few times at real short notice when I have broken down and subsequent work was always completed quickly.
When I was in last I heard some staff talking and they were off to rescue someone who had a puncture and was broken down in a car park nearby… how nice is that 😊
From experience, customer service is excellent. I had an issue and the situation was resolved promptly, leaving me a happy customer who will be returning.
It’s not about when it’s all ticking along fine. Customer Service is all about when it does go wrong and what is done to fix the problem and these guys surpassed themselves…

Many thanks to the lads at Kettering for sorting my car. 2 visits in 2 weeks, one for tyres and one for MOT. Nothing was too much trouble, the work needed on my car was done quickly and they had me back on the road within hours.

Richard and Nathan at HiQ in Kettering could not have been more helpful. Extremely dedicated and offered exceptional service. When my car needed work doing after failing an MOT they stayed after close of business to complete as I rely on my vehicle. Couldn’t have been any more helpful. Fantastic experience.

I noticed my tyre was leaking air slowly and so called HiQ Tyres & Autocare Kettering to get booked in. After speaking to Joe on the phone he managed to get me in the next day at 9:00 in the morning. Excellent.

I handed my keys in at about 8:55 and was back on the road again at 9:12. Joe found a nail in the tyre and had it patched up in under 30mins, very impressive time to say the least.

I would highly recommend their services as I have my MOT and service there every year!

Excellent service all round. Had rear tyres fitted this afternoon. There was originally a problem obtaining them, but the centre kept me informed throughout, called when they were in, and fitted them quickly. Professional, excellent work and a very competitive price. Happy to recommend.

Can’t rate these guys highly enough. Had my oil change/filter replaced a couple of weeks ago, Richard and his team were able to fit me in the next day. Today we used them again as my mum needed a new battery and got us in the same day. All very reasonably priced and staff all super friendly.
What we liked is that they gave us an appointment time and price and stuck to both. No long wait and no surprises when it came to paying.
Completely transparent and everything really well explained. This is our go-to garage now (we are a household with 3 cars). Absolutely excellent in every way.
