very efficient service i made online booking on monday for tyre fitting thursday. Recieved text message tuesday morning stating tyres had arrived. I phoned maidstone branch to see if they could bring appointment forward they gave 1pm timeslot the same day. Excellent service allround

Booked online at Maidstone, for Saturday morning.
Arrived to be told only one staff member working and he'd done his back in, so couldn't work. No courtesy phone call to cancel and told could re- book for Monday, which wasn't convenient due to work.
Wasted journey and still driving around on my spare, space saver tyre. Will be going elsewhere

Booked appointment online for a time and date that was most convenient for me. Arrived at garage first thing on the morning of the appointment only to be told they didn't have my tyres as there had not been anyone at the garage to accept the order? How does this happen in this digital age surely? So I had to take more time off work on another day which I was not very happy about.
After my tyres were finally fitted including wheel alignment I was informed receipts of works done were being sent by email - 1 week later the email with receipt still hasn't arrived so I have no proof of the works done on my vehicle i.e the wheel alignment in particular.
Safe to say there is room for improvement with their service.

I could not be happier with the service I have received from here.

Guys very helpful. Giving good advice. Recommending tyres that more suitable for my car. ( Slightly dearer) But better !

The work done, expertise, politeness and price are all excellent. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that the computer was not working properly whilst I was there and could not generate an invoice, which I have still not received

My first visit, and definitely not my last. Very helpful. Will be back for further work on my car if and when it needs anything done.

One star down, no email to say tyres weren’t available on the morning of booking due to a delay. So had to return next day to have fitted. Avoidable situation with some communication

Good service and done in no time at all. Tyres where ready when I pulled up as I had pre-ordered them on line.

Bought the special service and MOT package from the AA. Made payments and arrived at set day and time. Receptionist said didn't accept this job so you are not booked in. The AA are doing this to us all the time not our fault. We are not doing it, get it done somewhere else, get out. Rude, ignorant and insulting attitude. Avoid these people this company, and the AA smart scheme. Disgraceful
