The staff here are the best, I’ve been coming here from when they opened about 10 years ago. I always recommend here to anyone that needs tyres. Also Julie the manager always goes the extra mile to see me right and to keep my car in the road.

Went in just to see if they could supply and fit a new tyre for me and the sorted me out there and then, no fuss, no drama just done in about 10mins. Staff were all very helpful and polite and somehow or other also knew my name!? Not surname, but first name “Simon”. I am sure I didn’t tell them my name or show anything with my name on but when the tyre was ready the nice lady at the desk called me by my first name. Anyway the service was excellent, the price was good and the staff were great, will definitely get tyres from here again.

Always great service, Julie always manages to fit me in and give me a great price, even sometimes on short notice.

Thank you so much to those involved in diagnosing my car clutch issue.
They took in my car after i broke down, i was told by recovery it was my Clutch sleeve cylinder, a 2 day job and costly.
I left it with HiQ 2 source parts etc. Surprisingly, HiQ rang a few hrs later to say, that wasnt the issue. The Clutch fluid had old fluid causing clutch failure, they had changed it etc and now ready to collect.
HiQ is Honest and professional and you can leave your
vehicle in very capable hands, thanks again HiQ Newton Aycliffe.

I’ve been a customer here a couple of times and they have sorted my car out on both occasions. When the check tire light flashes up on my way to work I knew I would be seen quickly and professionally. Thank you again to the team! Keep up the good work

I’ve been buying tyres from New Bridgegate Tyres for several years. I’ve been in with 4x4 SUV saloons and high performance cars. The manager Julie has always found me the right tyres at a very competitive price. I’ve had four cars in since November 2025. Julie found me a Goodyear offer which saved me £60. I’ve bought Yokohama, Davanti and others. The technicians and branch staff are always friendly and helpful. The waiting area is nice too. It can get busy but that’s a sign of how good this branch is. Worth a try. Easy to find on the Aycliffe Business Park.

Four new Pirelli tyres fitted very quickly and at a brilliant price. Really friendly staff , free coffee which was better than siesta and a nice waiting room. Overall excellent service and will definitely be coming back when my service and mot is due. Top work guys ,thank you.

Ive just bought a new electric vehicle which will be serviced and looked after by the dealership I have bought it from.
I would just like to thank Julie Anderson and Liam at Newbridgegate Tyres and Service at Newton Aycliffe branch for the fantastic way they have looked after the vehicle I have just sold. Julie and Liam have honest old school values and are a pleasure to deal with.(nothing is a bother)
