Great service Julie on reception was amazing and very helpful thanks again.

Made to feel very welcome and Julie in reception was professional and courteous. I had two tyres fitted and a yearly service. During my service the mechanic spotted that I had x2 damaged rear springs which I did not know about (thank you for spotting this) and Julie was very helpful by ordering there and then what I required and arranged to get them fitted the next working day which was amazing service. Even more so the mechanic fitted them both in around 20 mins and I didn't even finish my T. Thank you so much for all your help and see you again the next time.

Got two tyres fitted today and the service was excellent from start to finish. Everything was quick, easy, and professional. I was especially pleased with the brilliant receptionist, Lindsey — friendly, helpful, and really made the whole experience smooth. Highly recommend!

I had a slow puncture in one of my tyres, and I called in to see if there was any chance they could help.

And help they did, Julie was amazing and got my car looked and the problem sorted within a short space of time despite me not having booked in. Totally justifying why I keep coming back.

Rang the garage 9.30 this morning with a rattle underneath car, booked it in at 1pm and liam put it on ramp and removed the loose heatshield, thankyou to all at hiq really friendly team highly recommend 5* honest reliable service.

The HiQ in Newton Aycliffe is as always brilliant. The staff are exceptional polite and treat their customers with the upmost respect. I have used them to service and MOT my jaguar, and they have gone above all my expectations. Very highly recommended and very reasonable costs
