Took my car in it’s an old classic Vauxhall Cavalier mk3 and they persevered with the slightly different exhaust back box bit managed to adapt it to fit.

Whist visiting HiQ tyres at ridgeway I waited in the customer waiting area. Offered a very nice filter coffee,
I did notice the cleanliness of the area. Polished and vacuumed though out and smelling fresh and clean, a very pleasant area to sit and wait

I have just been down for 4 tyres fitted on my bmw. Only took 30 minutes. Staff are vey helpful. Even got a free coffee while I waited. I will definitely be back.

Wow what a fantastic place went down to have tyres and wheel alignment done and the staff went above and upon to make sure that the vehicle was setup correctly and alignment was adjusted correctly as i carry little people in the car i would definitely recomend these guys keep up the fantastic work

Just attended an online appointment. On arrival no records of the online booking and no tyres ready for the agreed day to fit.

Apparently the info was not passed onto reception.
Don’t book on line as it’s a waste of time.

Took my Z4 to HiQ Aycliffe for its annual MOT, I had previously used the garage for two new tyres which were fitted perfectly!
Whilst sitting in the waiting area (free coffee) you can watch the MOT inspection on their CCTV. I was extremely impressed with the care the tester took with my vehicle. After using tools he would wash his hands before getting back into my car, this shows they take care of your vehicle.
The iceing on the cake was the MOT price, other centre charge £56, HiQ charges £35.

Fast and thorough work. I've used this garage 3 times now each time has been excellent. Firstly for a battery change, then a tyre change and now an MOT and full service which was completed within a few hours. The reception staff were friendly and let me know what was going on the whole time.

Absolutely fantastic service from Lindsey from start to finish. Put me at ease and was extremely helpful. Whilst waiting in the waiting room I could hear Lindsey’s wonderful telephone manner and warm greeting to every customer that came into the office. Would definitely recommend!

Calyton worked wonders on my tyre today. Happy, quick and reliable. Have been and will be coming back. 10/10 would recommend.

Shortly after setting off from home I got a warning message that pressure in one tyre was low. Fortunately I was a few yards from HiQ Aycliffe and as I had heard good comments about them I drove straight there. The service was excellent. After a short wait my car was taken into the workplace and Clayton checked every tyre for pressure, any other damage and any other related issues. All was clear but pressure was low and he took them up to the manufacturer's required levels - which unbenown to me had not been set correctly by the dealer. He then took me through how to reset the tyre pressure system of the car. He also advised that pressures should be checked after Winter and before using the car for holidays if loaded. These checks are free of charge. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely return for any other work needing to be done. Thank you once again Clayton for giving me piece of mind and the knowledge that Aycliffe HiQ is a place to go.

Excellent service all round. Clayton is a top man at his job. New trailer tyres x5 at a competitive rate.
