Excellent garage for anything your car needs. I always received a warm welcome with excellent service. Always made to feel that nothing is a problem and is easily fixed.

Good service - happy to fit around your timings and meet your needs. Sometimes tricky to get hold of, but keep calling back as they will look after you when you get through.

As always, superb service from Stuart and his team. Fast, reliable and reasonably priced. They always go the extra mile despite being evidently rushed off their feet. I hope top management at HiQ realise what an amazing team they have at Shrewsbury. Would 100% recommend.

A really friendly garage I always use for tyres, MOT, services, and anything else I can persuade them to do for me! Most recently they sorted a collapsed wheel bearing. The manager, Stuart, is really friendly and helpful in giving advice and has been very flexible about moving bookings for me when I’ve had things come up. Highly recommend.

I'm a repeat customer and this most recent visit was, as always, a pleasure. Nothing is too much trouble - the staff (Stu) are incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating. It happened to be Stu's birthday so as an extra thank you for the all round great customer experience...I left a little cake in the car.

Stewart is always so knowledgeable and helpful combined with excellent customer service . We have two cars regularly booked in for repairs/MOTs/services and we have always been delighted with the level of service and commitment from his Team.

Friendly person on reception. Explained that he could look at the tyre later that day. They found the hole in the tyre that couldn’t be repaired. Ordered a new tyre for next day fitting. All very efficient.

The guys in Shrewsbury were amazing,I had 2 punctures and had to get to the airport,Archie stayed well past closing to get my tires sorted,I managed to get the flight on time.
