Friendly staff, fixed the issue in quick time

Excellent work, excellent interaction

Overall the service was great just wasn't happy with how I was greeted by the guy telling me that I was supposedly 40 minutes late!

When I spoke with someone on Thursday he told me the tyres wouldn't be available until after 3pm so I said I'd come after the school run so nearer to 4pm I arrived at 3:40pm to be rudely told I was late when in fairness I was actually 20 minutes early!

Wonderful Service today! Thank you to Jed who helped me and the Team. So pleased you sold me the "Goodyear tyres' which comes with the warranty protection. Brilliant 👍🏻 Highly recommend... 😊

Just came in for a Mot and puncture repair.
Absolutely no issues and even won an Easter egg from it! The staff were kind and friendly. Very helpful and pleasant. Couldn’t fault my experience here! Will definitely come back again!

Totally happy I pulled up with a flat tire and they was more then happy to help and sort it out.

Called at 9am, booked in for lunchtime to check what time they could look at it, dropped car off at lunchtime, part ordered and fixed before 3pm. Pleasant staff, good, quick service

Freindly polite service. The guys at HI Q are always helpful and don’t mind taking time to answer any questions. I have dropped in a few times and if possible they will always try to fit you in. I used to take my car to a big dealership, but never got the service I do here.

Checked in at HiQ Telford Reception today WED 18 FEB 2026 for my 11am appointment.
I was having 4 x New Tyres fitted from Blackcircles.com to my 68 plate Vauxhall Astra Elite Turbo.
Matt was very professional and friendly with managing my checkin and told me it would take only 1 hour to fit all four tyres. Matt was true to his word, as 1 hour later job done which also included fitting the tyre pressure sensor valves that I supplied. Overall I was extremely impressed with the fitting of the 4 x new tyres, and Customer Service from Matt of HiQ. Kind Regards, DaveG Telford (Biscuits + Doughnuts man).... Enjoy :)

Had to come back 2 times to correct front wheel alignment. It wasn't done correctly in the first place. Member of staff very moody when came back second time explaining that steering wheel is not in the center. First wanted me to come in later then took the car and started alignment. Called me asking Em I happy with the position of the steering wheel in a very rude way.... Em I a mechanic to verifi his job which he couldn't do correctly in first place....? Will never again use HiQ. Thank you
