Saw fantastic reviews online. Dropped my car off at 8am for a 9am slot and my car was ready within a few hours. Top blokes.

Straight forward. Was booked in quickly and expectations set as to what issues there could be.
Work was carried out quickly while I waited.
The waiting room and facilities were clean and tidy, with friendly staff.

Polite quick service when I called in this morning I did not have any appointment but they fitted me in and we're very polite.

Dropped my car in without a booking. It was dealt with super quickly, nice price and customer service was great. Only used HiQ now and then but always been a great service from the guys onsite each time.

HIQ Telford have solved an issue on my car which a local garage which I have used for 7 years failed to spot numerous times. It appears that some garages have become heavily reliant on the diagnostic tool and fail to use experience, intuition, professional curiosity to delved deeper to locate problems.
I wish to personally thank Kieran and the team in identifying the oil leak, misfiring, need for spark plugs and the rocker cover issues and saving my “Sebastian”. (This is the name of my Mokka).

Took my car to the Telford branch for an mot, it failed and I needed 4 new tyres got my tyres quoted almost £100 cheaper than the price they had quoted me elsewhere so when I left to get them changed they called the police on me, 🤷‍♀️ when I had 2 police officers turn up at my door I was gob smacked, they checked that I had had them changed straight from leaving the garage! I would never use this company again it May seem cheap but I have never in my days seen Such bitterness because I didn’t want their tyres

Took my car to HIQ garage in Hadley Telford today just off the trench lock island. Had two front tyres, CV boot kit and lower arm fitted. Matt and the team have done a great job. Matt is really help and goes the extra mile to get the job done and ensure full customer satisfaction. Will definitely be taking my cars back to them moving forward. Great job guys keep up the good work.

Had a great experience here the day before holiday, serviced, mot, tyres and went out their way to sort things for me. Much appreciated, keep up the good work.

I decided to use you to realign and re balance all 4 wheels on my BMW 640i after checking around all my usual tyre dealers and I have to say the service was second to none and I will definitely use this garage again, in fact I have. The manager and staff were very attentive and went the extra mile, nothing was too much trouble. I will now give them a chance to quote on any tyre replacement in the future, as opposed to using the net.

Went in with what I thought was a broken spring on the 1/5/25 the staff were brilliant inspected the car and booked it in the next day couldn't fault the service I was given

Utterly useless! Booked 5 tyres online, selected a fitting date, gave my number - all done correctly. Turned up as booked to & spoke to a rude & unhelpful fitter saying "We can't do that" - it's a motorhome. Spoke to Assistant Manager who was polite, but he had no trace of my booking, despite agreeing with me looking at my phone that it was correct, and he didn't think my tyres had even come in. Nothing on website to say that a motorhome would be a problem. Went to my local independent tyre dealer instead, a bit more expensive but helpful and they know what they're doing! . *** Follow up *** In credit to HiQ, they have followed up on this, I've had a good phone call both from the branch and the Area Manager to explain & apologise.

I nipped into HiQ in Hadley after going to Halford's to have new headlight blubs fitted, Halford's were unable to fit the blub for me saying I'd have to have the bumper and lights removed to get it fitted. I nipped into see if this was correct, the guy behind the counter was able to help fit the blub for me without doing any of the above. Even helped me with a tyre pressure concern. Couldnt have asked for better service, Thank you!
