Completely unprofessional and disrespectful attitude towards partners
After answering all their questions and waiting for more than a week, the company simply ignored my emails. No apology, no explanation, not even a basic acknowledgment.
It later turned out they couldn’t cover the product — yet instead of being honest and saying so, they chose complete silence.
They have no problem taking money, but when it comes to basic communication and professionalism — nothing. This kind of behavior is disgraceful and shows their true attitude toward clients and partners.
I strongly do not recommend dealing with this company to anyone who values respect, responsibility, and basic business ethics.

Quotes are competitive priced with Hiscox, but in particular, I was speaking with one support rep who's name is 'Jake Giordano', I hope I've spelled that correctly.
His customer support skills were second to none. Professional, friendly, funny and able to answer my queries directly without any faff.
The 5 star review is more given to Jake more so than Hiscox. What a legend.

I submitted a claim for just over £50…
I submitted a claim for just over £50 to cover repairs to my 12-year-old son’s bike, providing receipts, ID, and photos of where the damage occurred.
After several back-and-forth emails, I was then asked to join a Teams meeting and told the claim would take around two hours to go through. For such a small amount, this feels unnecessarily time-consuming and, in my view, a tactic to discourage people from pursuing claims.
From my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I have registered a claim for my small gardening business and need to speak to someone about tidying up after a small fire to a shed. Doom loop just starts on any Hiscox number and then says goodbye and cuts off. I thought these guys were better than this, not impress at all.
