Flexible options but not clear on how to add Employers liability and website slow
The insurance policy is flexible and competitively priced. Lost a star because:
- It is not at all clear how to add Employers Liability insurance - You have to add Public Liability before you get an option to add Employers Liability. It took 40 minutes to work that out and the person on web chat did not directly answer my question as to how to fix.
- The website was SO slow at stepping through the process. The site hung for 30secs to a minute at every stage of the process - I tried on Friday and then Monday and it has been very painful.
