Five-Star Experience at HMV Bath! 🌟

My first visit to HMV in Bath took me right back to my youth,it’s fantastic to see the store back and so well laid out. Everything was easy to find. I was after a specific Rap magazine which was out of stock in-store. The first staff member I spoke to helped me order it online and explained that I would be kept informed by email about when I could collect it. The process was really smooth and stress-free.

When I came to collect the magazine for my son, I met Dave. He went above and beyond: he let me borrow a felt tip so I could address the magazine on the spot and even ensured it was taped securely at each end - post-office ready! A special shout-out to the young man who had to jog to the depths of the store to get some tape. On top of that, Dave recommended a new artist for me to listen to.

From start to finish, the Bath team delivered a fabulous shopping experience. Five-star customer service all the way, well done, HMV Bath team!

My George Michael vinyl was delivered to the Bath store as requested, packaging excellent and I have enjoyed the first listen of my new LP.

I also recieve excellent service in here regardless of wether I'm buying anything or just browsing. Bath HMV always have great bargains in their store and the staff are always happy to help. I wouldn't consider showing elsewhere. If bath don't have something I want in stock I always do a click and collect off the website to the Bath store.

Bought a vinyl online for my son for Christmas, I used click and collect which was very efficient collecting from the store in Bath a couple of days later.

My order went missing. It was ordered in the store & should have arrived within a week. 3 weeks later & I'm still waiting. When I chased it up on Friday in the store, I was told someone from the office would call me on Monday. No-one called. Instead I was sent an email with a form to claim a refund. This was for a Christmas present. I won't be ordering from HMV again.
