Important to have an outlet in bath with your range but I wish it was better organised with cds to have them in categories the service is always first class

Rude staff and unhelpful experience
Order made online after checking stock was in in the appropriate store. My husband took order confirmation into store to collect (we live a considerable distance away and this was the one increment of time he had), was rudely told by young staff member it wasn't in yet and we had to wait for collection email. He explained that it was in stock in store, and he could see the exact item on shelf. Staff member (again rudely) said we could not have that one and must wait for the one from the warehouse. By the time I had finished work that day it was too late to cancel the order. Staff member could have done so and sold us the one on the shelf as husband had explained we get few chances to come into the city. As it happened it took several more days for the item to be delivered to the store.

Quickly delivered to the store. I thought the packaging was excessive for a collection, it was wrapped as if for posting to my house, but everyone involved was very friendly and kind.
