Scratched vinyl
Bought Midnights by Taylor Swift and there's a scratch on the vinyl so it skips parts of one song on the B side. The rest of the songs are fine just one song doesn't play properly. The staff are really nice though.

Great service.
The member of staff was most helpful and when I asked if it was possible to order my CD he told me that he could get it for me within a few days and that I would receive regular updates by email so that I knew when it was ready to collect.

I wanted to ring the local store where my order was sent, but you have only a premium rate phone line that I can not call with my call package. Why would you want to charge extra for customers to ring you?? ☹️

The reason we provide 084 numbers for stores is that they offer additional options and increased functionality that helps us maintain consistent service levels across all of our stores. Regrettably, we do not have control over what additional access fees the various phone providers charge. For this reason we do highlight the additional potential cost to our customers at the beginning of each call stating that "Calls are charged at 7 pence per minute plus your phone company's access charge".
