Quite strange we asked for the movie at our local HMV and they confirmed there were none left and suggested to get it on eBay... We went ahead to the HMV website bought it there and collected it at the local HMV.

Great experience at HMV
Great experience at HMV. They could find the vinyl I was looking for for so long in France. I bought it at the Bath HMV and it was delivered at the Brighton HMV on my way back. The staff was very kind and helpful. I recommend.

Scratched vinyl
Bought Midnights by Taylor Swift and there's a scratch on the vinyl so it skips parts of one song on the B side. The rest of the songs are fine just one song doesn't play properly. The staff are really nice though.

Great service.
The member of staff was most helpful and when I asked if it was possible to order my CD he told me that he could get it for me within a few days and that I would receive regular updates by email so that I knew when it was ready to collect.

I wanted to ring the local store where my order was sent, but you have only a premium rate phone line that I can not call with my call package. Why would you want to charge extra for customers to ring you?? ☹️

The reason we provide 084 numbers for stores is that they offer additional options and increased functionality that helps us maintain consistent service levels across all of our stores.
