Ordered two vinyl records via click and collect. Both arrived on time and I collected with no trouble. However one of the LPs has minor tears on the packaging. However this won’t be noticable without a closer look. And this isn’t HMVs fault either. Overall good experience.

well first free shipping over £20 which is brilliant, and I ordered Saturday 21st and the items were with me on Christmas Eve and I thought I missed last post 😂😂😂
Items were cheap too, never too dear for a couple of good movies

Guy in store so rude and unhelpful. My son who is autistic got really stressed when we had to bring a product back. We went to Belfast Store day before and spoke to a lovely helpful professional girl called Laura who took the time to listen to my son who is on the autistic spectrum. She told us to bring product back for a refund or to order a new product. The next day we went to store in Belfast and spoke to a guy who really did not want to be bothered by us, he was very unhelpful and told us to come back later. I said not possible as my son struggles going to busy places which was why we went to store early. All we needed to do was exchange and order replacement. My son got upset and ended up ordering wrong player the guy had zero customer service but when I told him my son was on the autistic spectrum, he changed his attitude but still hardly spoke to us. My son ended up not receiving the product that we thought we ordered. We were told player would arrive 3/4 days later but only arrived yesterday and is not what he thought he ordered.
It has been so stressful and time consuming and now it has to be returned to Belfast Store. I have tried to call to. Heck if correct player in available it no answer on phone.
If you check you will find the full email trail from last product which was returned cause it was faulty to order it new one which now has to be returned. Travelling to Belfast is not easy for us, especially as my son who gets really stressed going into shops and being around lots of people and as it’s impossible to speak to anybody on the phone as I am just kept on hold and cut off we don’t have any other options. I’m totally disgusted with your service on apart from the girl Laura in the Belfast store feel really letdown specially as my son Special Needs and obviously the guy that served us has no idea how to deal a pick up on the fact that a child that someone to listen to them.
I just wish we had went and bought it off Amazon or somewhere instead of wasting all this time on my son still doesn’t have his record player. I paid an extra £100 to upgrade what a total waste of my money.

Made purchase via click & reserve. Informed of progress regarding dispatch & delivery by email. Went to collect the order & store assistant retrieved item immediately. He was very polite despite it being so close to Christmas and the store was very busy. A simple hassle free purchase.
