The member of staff in HMV was…Mr Armstrong
The member of staff at HMV was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
I ordered a vinyl record turntable for my son just a few days before Christmas and it got here on time.
The product also proved an excellent choice and my son loves it.

Efficient staff made the click and collect option a positive experience.
The item was easy to order and obtain using click and collect.
The staff were friendly and efficient which I found reassuring.
However the decor of the Belfast store, black everywhere, gave it a very unfriendly atmosphere.
I would use click and collect again to order from BMV
