Couldn't find the vinyl lp I wanted in store - ordered from the website & collected from HMV in Bradford a few days later. Excellent communication throughout with email updates. Staff in store removed packaging at my request and popped in my HMV bag - service with a smile!

Great service as usual
I was looking for the Ben Barnes album on CD, I couldn't find this on the shelves so a member of staff looked up the item for me. It was not in stock in the store but they were able to order the item into store for me, which I then picked up a few days later. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful on both occasions. The store was very clean and tidy.

Still the best in Bradford.
Picked up a CD ordered online , no problems assistant helpful and friendly also purchased a c.d. from the sale on the upper floor again a friendly staff m ember. Have used the various HMV shops in Bradford for many years hope to continue for many more.
