Not in stock get them delivered
We had seen some earphones online but since we were in Bradford, we popped into the Broadway store and had a look for them. Unfortunately we could not find any, we asked a member of staff who looked on the store computer and she suggested that we could order them through the store and even have them delivered to our home address. The time between ordering them and them arriving was just 3 working days.

Great prices and selection
Great prices and selection. The new store is excellent, from the layout and products available. Not only music, but gifts, from anime, retro TV, snacks and collectibles. My teenage daughter and I love shopping here.

A helpful staff which strive to please
I used to shop in store when HMV had a decent selection of Music DVD's. But with streaming, and I presume the reducing turnover of these. HMV no longer have a comprehensive Backlist stock.
Music wise I am now trying to build back up DVD and CD's that were lost in the move from Basingstoke back to Yorkshire. I find in store staff Very helpful in searching and where possible, ordering Back catalogue and DVD's and CD's they have not got in, both in Bradford and Leeds Stores. I presume I live in the past at 72. Having a wide taste in Classical music Opera, Ballet Country. 70,s and 80's disco and Progressive Rock. So I have relied on HMV to supply.
