Hi yeah u’re staff were very helpful especially the one that saw to me with everything that I needed. The customer service of the in store staff could be improved more with the individuals being or telling more knowledge of what everything means or is. So as the same of the telephone customer service advisors.

Amazing customer service at Brighton store
Amazing in store customer service at the Brighton store. The adviser even phoned their Worthing store to check stock and asked them to reserve the record for me. She went to so much effort, 10/10!

I had a great customer service…
I had a great customer service experience today when I went shopping for bluerays in Churchill Square and i was served by a member of the staff called Frank. He was very assertive, very approachable and has great knowledge of films and music. It makes a very big difference being served by someone who is knowledgeable. U should employ more people like him.

Online service and cust service…
Online service and cust service generally good in my experience, but had an issue returning a faulty product to store.
Called Cust services and they reassured me that the store should have entertained my request.
Went back to the store and tried to resolve the situation, and initially it was made difficult again even when I explained what was said by CS, but eventually they came to their senses and sorted the situation.
If the second visit had been made easier I'd have given 4 stars but it wasn't.
Shame because I believe that the online buying and CS is generally good, but my local store is disconnected from the customer and a pain to deal with.
