HMV is brilliant
HMV is brilliant. The prices are excellent and they give free shipping for two 4K discs, which is great and encourages me to buy more. I also love the T-shirts they do, a lot of them are exclusive to the shop and you can't get anywhere else.

Very good and efficient in terms of keeping me informed of the progress of the order and the arrival of the order. What let you down was the young woman who served me who lacked customer service skills.
The first thing she said to me was 'all right?' without any hint of it being authentic rather than a more friendly 'how can I help you?'. She said the same to the previous customer. No hint of a smile.
When she asked me for ID as a final check to hand over my order she was rather abrupt and there was no 'please'. Just 'can I see some ID?'. As an older customer I still appreciate a please and thank you.
Other HMV staff I have been served by have been more friendly. She needs some customer service training.
