The blu-rays I ordered came quickly and the sales people were helpful and friendly.

I'm in hmv Broadmead Bristol every Saturday morning since the early 1970s and the service has always been very good, the only gripe I have is the pricing.

I got my BTS album delivered .. within two days with free delivery 😍 .. no damage either and the emails very informative

Very easy to navigate through the website and checkout is equally easy and fast. Wish you could use Apple Pay though. Delivery is always extremely quick which is great! (At least for click&collect as far as I’m aware)

Frustrating delay on my order for release day even though they had it in stock on the shelves and when I purchased in store to save me waiting and cancelled my order, I was given the wrong vinyl as they took the one I had picked up from the shelf so they avoided removing security tags, i had to go back the next day and they had sold out in store so I had to order and wait all over again. We live an hour away and this one product cost me 3 trips worth of fuel. So an extra £30

Great value for money fast delivery ordering is so simple even pre order items kept up to date to kettle you know when items are in been dispatched etc all arrive well packaged and on the time scale

Every member of staff I spoke to in the Bristol store were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They came up to see if they could help before I had to ask. They helped order something that wasn’t in store and when I collected the woman on the desk was also charming and efficient. Good job whole team!

I ordered some dvd for my daughters birthday and the young man was very polite and very helpful helpful said my order should arrive in three to four days to the hmv shop in broad mead Bristol which it did. And when I picked them up this other man was also very polite

Ordering a CD to the store was easy and it was there two days later but I was still annoyed I couldn't just find it there in a massive shop and had to make a second trip especially as a release within the past year - no doubt because it didn't top any big charts so the aisles are still full of endless Queen compilations and Taylor Swift crap. But otherwise all good..

The Vinyl came quick to the store for me to collect and it was packaged well and even better seeing Laura Branigan’s Debut album that’s Limited Edition in my hands it’s the best feeling, it could’ve been great if more of Laura’s albums been added to the store but it’s a great place with nice employees

Staff are always helpful and friendly when I go there , had not received text /email for a DVD I'd ordered so had been returned , so they reordered it for me , checked they had corrected details . Its the first time this has happened,

Planned to by DVD boxets, couldnt find it, then i asked a lady for assistance, she was nice and happy and quick to help, one was entirely out of stock, the 2nd I ended up ordering it to the store, because they didnt have them. paid.

Returned to the store, a week and a half later (I like that they hold it for 2 weeks) to pick up my DVD, the instructions were clear (plus the lady told me, where to go and what to bring). Showed my receipt, and ID. Typed in email address, to recieve the pick up confirmation. And done.

Easy.
