Ordered a DVD to the store - Helpful staff. Easy
Planned to by DVD boxets, couldnt find it, then i asked a lady for assistance, she was nice and happy and quick to help, one was entirely out of stock, the 2nd I ended up ordering it to the store, because they didnt have them. paid.
Returned to the store, a week and a half later (I like that they hold it for 2 weeks) to pick up my DVD, the instructions were clear (plus the lady told me, where to go and what to bring). Showed my receipt, and ID. Typed in email address, to recieve the pick up confirmation. And done.
Easy.

Came before Xmas only waited 4 days

Helpful member of staff
The vinyl I wanted to buy showed as in stock online but when the staff member checked he couldn’t find it in the stock room. He was very helpful and said I could order it and have it delivered for free. I didn’t get his name unfortunately but he was very helpful and friendly.

The HMV In-Store Ordering Experience!
The store ordered some vinyl for me from the 3 for £66 promotion. Titles that I had seen on the HMV website that weren't on sale there in the actual store. Took some 3 days for them to arrive, which was quicker than I thought it might have been. Impressive. I could have had them delivered to my home address, instead I opted to pick them up in store. All in all, a quick and easy process which I'm 100% happy with!
