Great help from staff
I looked in to buy a copy of any 'greatest hits' by Dionne Warwick following seeing her documentary on TV. It appeared that I was not alone as everything related to her had been swept off the shelves. The staff were really helpful and sorted out a CD to be delivered to my home address. Brilliant!

The staff at the Bury shop were very friendly and efficient. We went in asked about a cd from a not very well known artist and he went straight to it. He then preordered a blu ray for us .This all went very smoothly and it was delivered to the store within two working days of release.

I went to HMV Bury with a gentleman I…
I went to HMV Bury with a gentleman I support the staff were absolutely amazing they didn’t have what he wanted so they put up the choices on a larger screen and he chose what he wanted very patient and professional will definitely call in there again the cds were quickly delivered.

The staff were very helpful and polite
The staff were very helpful and polite. I was helped to find the music that my son had asked me to get for him. One album was ordered for me and I was talked through the mailing process. Communication via email was great and my parcel was delivered on time.

The service I received was fine, but on reflection I didn't understand why I had to pay for something delivered to store on time, also the Jewel CD case on the product was damaged.
